Terrible experience… no ac.. most equipment isn’t even working… facilities were extremely unclean… layers and layers of caked up dirt and sweat on everything.. staff is incredibly rude and insensitive to the environment they have created for their customers… 24 lanes and all the bowlers were being crammed in the first 9 lanes. Absolutely no social distancing at all… we paid for 3 games and didn’t even bowl the second or third because conditions were so bad. Highly Do Not Recommend!!

We always have a fun time when we are there. The workers are very good about answering questions and assisting us when needed. The lane we were on this time did have an issue with having the correct number of pins lined up but we still enjoyed our time there.

Terrible service. Waited for drink only to be told by employees “it’s not my job” whose job is it? The place is too hot and the men running it have very entitled and arrogant attitudes. The skates are from the 50’s and need to be replaced. Now I see why it’s so empty. Bad service period. This is why we don’t shop in Kinston. Typical Kinston

Many lanes for a group to have low price fun. There is a pro shop on the property, bar, shoe rental, and games. Staff seem very helpful. The Games kept needing to be reset, and the pins would get stuck. This location is connected to a skating rink and plenty of exercise equipment for your convenience. There are areas for meetings to be held with reservations.

ALL of the staff was amazing, place was clean, especially the bathrooms!!! The set up was perfect! We had the best time for my son's 10th birthday. I highly recommend this place. The price was amazing and for 3 full hours of skating!

The staff here sucks. Very rude and matter-of-fact. Especially this lady. She did not listen to our request and ended up over charging us. The lanes kept malfunctioning the entire time. The staff were reluctant to fix the lane when it wasn’t operating correctly. Don’t waste your money here.

Clearly has open until 10 show up at 4:30pm after driving an hour to get there and was told they closed the rink at 5. Update your time open and closed if you run an establishment.

Lady was RUDE at check out was helping others taking there money while we was waiting to be helped maybe she was stressed out not sure it was busy, but that's what they should want it was mid day about 3:30 pouring down rain.

It was OK when we went it was fun then when was about to finish our 1 game the alley was not reseting so they told us to switch we switched to another and the whole alley we where at cut off

Several lanes were not working correctly. In different frames it would give the bowler 3 chances to knock down all the pins. Food service takes way too long. It took my nephew almost 2 hours to get a pizza and fries.
