Theater was very nice. I was surprised by the several up grades since I've last visited there. From the individual snack trays attached to each of the seats, to the food at the concession area was awesome. I never had a pretzel that big in my life. Although it was a bit pricey, I had a good experience. I enjoyed the move, the snacks & the atmosphere. Definitely a thumbs up.
We love this theater. Great seats, clean bathrooms, and a large concession. The option to choose seats ahead of time is genius. All the staff is quite nice. They are often short staffed in concessions so get there early and please be patient with them, they work hard.
This is my theater, the one I always go to and I love it. Last night we saw the Barbie movie. It was fun. My only issue was my table connected to my recliner seat that I paid extra for was mangled and hard to set things on because of it. I’ve looked all over online to report this issue, including the app, and unfortunately I saw that the reviews section is the only place. The seat was in theater 10 V7.
Sadly disappointed with this theatre. Came to watch a movie and decided to pay extra for luxury seating, instead we go to our seats which are disgusting and rigid as a rock. I then realized they were vibrating seats that jerked us forward and sideways. I ended up injuring my back and when we came out and asked to see a different movie the manager crossed his arms and deliberated with several co workers and then told us no sorry you spent $80 on your two seats and that sucks you have back problems you already paid so no we’re not going to let you see something different. Completely the most horrible customer service experience I have ever had. Young staff very inexperienced and very rude
50 mins in line for tickets...really? Nice staff, but what a unorganized @#$& Show. You need to open your ticket booth. Security at the entrance said they check out bags and didn't even bother to look, not even a glance and said go ahead. Why even bother. In that case make your security help the cashier's. At least that way you would make it to your movie on time after paying 95.00s to take your family out.
I was very upset by a lengthy dove commercial during previews of a movie. The subject was self harm and eating disorders not sure what Dove has to do with that, even after watching it. I chose a funny, feel good movie and did not feel that commercial was appropriate or the correct place to have that subject matter being forced upon us. I now find myself questioning if I can trust this theater any longer and I find it doubtful I will return with my children. Very disappointing.
Classy, big, comfy, so many nice adjectives to describe this theater. Lazy boy-like seats with rotating trays. Cocktails and alcohol. Nachos. It has it all. Could do with a bigger arcade, but everything, even the bathrooms, are on point here. $70 for three with snacks and drinks.
Nathan should have a recognition for commitment to excellence! I appreciate CR that have tact patience and grace. It's summer driving dribing from M lake Tahoe and needed to change times. Of you're from here it's either winter or construction. Stuck in traffic lol and still able to come see the show at the next viewing so polite thank you Sioux Kings Beach CA
Auditorium 7 is the worst possible ever to sit could not even lean back a little bit and had to sit straight up. Would not recommend this theater to anyone. We left early because it was very uncomfortable.
In the final act of Oppenheimer the custodian comes in and starts sweeping. Is that even legal? I've been going to theaters for decades and have never seen this, is this a customary thing they do only in Nevada? Ruin the movie to clean up the popcorn early? I will be pronouncing Nevada the wrong way indefinitely because of this.
