I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. The theatre is clean, and the seats are large, comfy and they recline. If you sign up for their rewards you earn points which can be redeemed towards the purchase of food or free movie tickets. If you buy a large drink or popcorn you get a free refill which is nice.
Galaxy Theaters is located inside the Cannery Casino and features over 12+ theaters. The concessions always have hot fresh popcorn in different sizes for everyone. The seats are recliner chairs and super comfortable. Inside each of the theaters are kept very clean. They show all different kinds of movies and even bring back retro classics like the Wizard of Oz! Such a treat to see it on the big screen. Employees were very friendly and gave out flowers for all the moms on Mother’s Day which was a nice touch.
Always a great experience when I go here. My partner and I love watching movies, so this is our go-to place to watch all the new ones. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the tickets and snacks are pretty pricey. Other than that, the seats are very comfortable, you are able to adjust your chair to your liking. And the movies are all great quality :
Plenty of secure, clean,parking. Friendly staff. Good food combo deals. I was shocked to see a seasoning station for the popcorn at no charge that was awesome The theater seats were stadium seating with a table that swivels. I'm loving this theater.
Theater 15 has a blown speaker on the right next to seat K5 it’s was rattling like crumpling paper the entire movie definitely ruining the experience a good bit, theater 16 the chairs are super comfortable but it’s only slightly annoying because the chairs are just barely too close together so that when you use the reclining feature the chairs all make loud farting noises off eachother, while watching the exorcist it was mildly humorous to hear constant farting noises as everyone in the theatre adjusted their chairs. the concessions stand was SUPER SLOW. 3 people in line for a 4:15 movie on a Friday empty theatres all around. 3 people working behind the counter, yet somehow it took almost 20 mins just to get helped. The good parts; the chairs are extremely comfortable, the theaters are very clean, and the ticket prices are great. The bathrooms are also very well maintained and actually smell freshly cleaned. We watched 3 movies back to back so they were used quite a bit after drinking a ton of slushies.
First time at this theater since moving into the neighborhood. The lobby was clean and food service was fast, but I was a little disappointed in the theater itself. The theater I was in #3 had a speaker right side facing the screen that was buzzing all through the whole movie and my chair only reclined a little bit. The movie was great but I could have done without the buzzing speaker.
Luxury seating, tasty food options :candy, pretzels, chicken strips and Fries, pizza, etc. the screen has clear picture and crisp sound. Plus it has a no phone , talk or text during the movie rule. You do any of the matter you get kicked out no refund.
I recently visited Galaxy for a matinee show. There were only a hand full of people purchasing tickets so no line. The concession staff was polite and the theater was nice and clean. The movie Woman King was excellent! There was only myself and another in the back of the theater so it felt like a private show! I would definitely recommend going to matinee here again.
A neighborhood casino with a pleasant atmosphere. The gift shop is welcoming & well stocked. Over the years, the Cashiers have consistently been personable. Victory's has a varied menu & the food is good and reasonably priced.. The Steaks n Shakes is a welcome addition. My husband wants his food fast, well prepared, reasonably priced, counter pickup up- no fuss. A Mexican fast food such as Rubios would be welcomed. Or a sub, soup n salad like Capriottis would be nice. Maybe an Italian eatery with fresh salad choices, garlic breads, or pizza slices, or calzones, chicken breasts in marinara a nice choice. Any one of the above added would get more of our slot playing.
The place is really clean, has its own parking lot, and nice staff, but..... don't waste your money on DBOX. I did tons of research and I thought the seats would be super comfortable, with a lot of space and reclining, but no... The seating space is very tight, they're cloth, not leather, and there isn't much leg room.
