My first experience with Cutler was very frustrating to say the least. My wife, son and I drove to Massillon to attend an open house on 10/1; we arrived on time and on the correct date to a house that was not open. I called the agent listed on the sign and received her voicemail, I explained that my family had driven over an hour to see the house and asked that she call me back asap to let me know when the house would be open. We decided to check out the surrounding area and find a place to get lunch. No call back over an hour later, I called again with the same result. I decided to go back by the house and see if there was anyone there. The current owners were outside. I stopped and let them know that i tried getting in touch with the agent and she was not returning my call.. They were not surprised.. They said that they had accepted an offer on the house and they had been trying to get her to change the listing to "pending" and remove the open houses that were set up.. She set up an open house for later in the month AFTER the offer was accepted. The owners said that she was on the way to the house to drop off paperwork to them and they would make sure to let her know that i was looking to speak with her. it's been 19 days and she has not called.. I left an email in the "contact us" area of the website where i explained the details of my experience, the only response i received was an email saying; thank you for your interest in our site... and they made an account for me to look at houses. 5 days ago i contacted Rich Motts II Regional Vice President Office Manage I left a voicemail requesting a call back. I am not sure why i was surprised that i didn't get a call back... I cannot understand the way anyone would treat a potential customer so poorly.. Oh, the wasted day of driving on 10/1 was also my sons birthday so thanks for that Cutler...

I found our Cutler Real Estate long term agent as lazy and arrogant in her approach after we listed with her and her side kick, also she seems to think she has a corner on the market due to her longevity as a realtor. She went out of her way to get us to list with her and then she dropped the ball repeatedly. One time a potential buyer came back to the property unauthorized and went inside because she forgot to lock the front door and the lock box, it set off our alarm and she took no responsibility whatsoever. I will never deal with Cutler again.

I like the way they have it set up. It's easy to navigate through and im hoping to get the chance to work with them this spring. Keep up the good work

Very professional. Everyone was as if they're working for you. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I feel like they are honest and nice people.
