Galin, Michael Dr-Ear Nose/Throat Assoc South FL

i have been going to Dr.Galin for over 10 years and he is the only Doctor who has helped me with my Sinuses. he is patient, caring and always goes the next step to give you the BEST care possible. i have recommended many of my friends and they are quite pleased. His staff is professional and personable.

I am extremely impressed with Dr. Galin. Very professional and knowledgeable and at the same time very personable. Engaging. He took the time to listen to my concerns as he made his assessment during my initial visit. When I went back for my follow-up he patiently answered my numerous questions. Never once did I feel rushed or unheard, as so often is the case in doctor's offices. He made a difficult situation bearable!! I would highly recommend Dr. Galin.

I relocated to Florida a few years back and have struggled terribly in finding good doctors/dentists for me and my family... but I've scored in finding ENT Dr. Galin in WPB/Wellington. The professionalism and promptness of his front office staff and nurses blew me away. Their customer service is unmatched in Palm Beach Co. And Dr. Galin was such a pleasure. He was extremely friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and used explanations and terms easy to follow. He was so patient with my questions. making me feel like I was his only client. He often answered my questions before I had a chance to ask them. It was like he could read my mind. My treatment plan and next steps were clearly laid out and the receptionist I saw upon exiting made sure all loose ends were tied up and all follow up appts were booked. I genuinely believe Dr. Galin and his team truly care about helping others and take great ownership/pride in their work. I highly recommend him.

Rude and discourteous staff whose name is Jill. She is the front desk person whose function is to inform the patients and family member if the provider is late. Our appointment was 11:10. We arrived half an hour before the appointment and the provider was late for almost 30 minutes. I asked her for the first time where the provider was and she ignored me and referred me to the other staff. The other staff ignored me too. They don’t have the courtesy of telling the patient and family member that the provider will be late. I ended up complaining to my mom’s insurance company.

After going to 6 different doctors, I finally was properly diagnosed by Dr Galin. He was thorough and kind and explained my diagnosis to me and that I needed surgery. Everything went well. His staff is excellent. Any questions I had, were answered right away. To find a great doctor that is also kind and caring is a rare find!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Galin and I had a wonderful experience. He performed a very efficient and thorough exam and took the time to discuss the options as well as offered to see me again for a follow up before hours or even on his lunch break to ensure I could get on the schedule since appointments are typically filled weeks in advance. It truly showed he cared about me as a patient and I really appreciated that!

Outstanding visit this morning . Dr Galin’s office staff are all very professional and efficient . The office is nice and clean and I was seen at my appointment time . Dr Galin was knowledgeable about my medical condition that requires me to take blood thinners and was able to reassure me that the bleeding from my ear was nothing to be concerned about . He was very gentle and made me comfortable as he examined my ears . Feeling very lucky to have found such an awesome ENT Doctor .

After going to 5 different doctors, I finally was seen by Dr Galin. He was very knowledgeable in his practice and explained my diagnoses in detail. Everything went well. His staff is professional. Any questions I had, were answered right away. You can be assured he is a great doctor that is also kind and cares about his patients. If your looking for a great ENT look no further. If there were a Sixth star it would have been given. Thank you so much and look forward to a long relationship with this dr.

The diligence and self urgency of Dr Galin made all the difference for me. He saved my life

Great doctor and nurses they took great care of me when I fainted and tore my ear drum. Dr. Galin is AWESOME and very helpful. However I went to travel, my ear is torn again bleeding, so he asked me to call and set an appointment if anything happens so I did and he saw me right away! I highly recommend him! My ear feels better and resolved the issue immediately.
