Nice clean environment. Lots of fun for the kids. And grown up can play a game of pool and have a few drinks
We always have a good time and experience 2 childrens birthday party so far this year at Hendersonville Strike & Spare. We bowled with 4 grandkids 9, 8, 6, 4 year old who had a blast learning to bowl. It being 2022 & a Wednesday afternoon the staff were short-handed so some of the rides were not available in the children's play area which left the birthday girl very disappointed. Either way we'll be back!
We had a lot of fun here, Nice bowling alley, video games were good, but by the time we left many were stuck, and couldn’t be played
Really great time. We got there when it opened. Place was super clean. The young folks working were very sweet. One young fellow on the little trampolines was SOOO AMAZING to my 3 year old. He helped him not be afraid and assisted him getting down carried him over to me cause he got really nervous once it was over. Super great young man. I complimented him to the general manager today. Also the food was excellent. I got the party melt made by Tonya and it was so soooo good. Fries were perfect. Pizza was fresh. Bowling was a wonderful experience even though my clumsy daughter busted her lip... No worries staff got us a bag of ice and were really helpful with the ordeal. The bathrooms were clean... I was a little sad the "soft play area" was closed cause my kids love it so much but it was a great time just the same.
As great as the newer location is, the experience was less then expected. The website still advertised all attractions open for the same price of a wristband only to find out once we got there that was not the truth. And no discounts on pricing. Half of the kids did not even have wristbands and it was not being enforced. The “staff” in charge of the attractions were too busy on their phones to keep watch on the kids doing the activities so the lines were being cut, lines were being “held”, kids were running everywhere….it was nightmare fuel. Parents were just hanging out in the cafe apparently just letting the kids run loose. Half of the arcade games did not work or were out of tickets. It was dark and dirty inside. The whole place smelled like a dirty gym. Yet another place to not waste your money!
The reason for the lower rating is that we booked ahead of time for the NYE Bowling. Due to a wreck we arrived at 7. I had paid 252$ for 2 hours of bowling from 7-9. It was reservations only so they knew how many were coming. When we arrived at 7 they only had one person working the entire bowling area counter alone. The line wrapped all the way around and halfway to the doors! They were completely unprepared so waiting in that extremely long line cut into our bowling time. So I paid 252 $ for two hours of bowing but did not get what I paid for. There were other employees around but they all seemed to be standing around socializing. The guys that were supposed to be supervising the bowling areas stayed at one end chatting up a group of girls so I had to go down to get them twice over the lane not resetting. The only ones that actually worked and did their jobs are the young ladies that were there to refill drinks and pick up the trash. They were on it! The kitchen did a decent job too. They did forget part of my order but were quick to make what was missing. I wouldn't want to book another NYE package here because of how unorganized it was.
I brought my grandsons here today. We have been here before and had a great time. Today was no exception! The food at the Conway Twitty Snack Area was amazing! The boys had pizza and cheesy, bacon fries. I ordered Nachos Grande . If you order these, just know that they will feed three to four people ! Crazy amount and crazy good ! I lifted the box up and could not believe the weight ! These were only $8.00. Great place to bring kids. So many activities to do. We bought the unlimited wrist bands which includes Bungee Jump, bumper Cars, Laser Tag, Roller Skating and so much more. One game of bowling is included as well. Everything else is unlimited. They have arcade games too but really no need to spend extra money on them. So much other things to do. Great experience all around !
My 9 year old and I had a great time. The staff was nice. I only noticed one game that was out of order. The name entry process and choosing a bumper was a little weird for bowling. No real complaints.
The main attraction was the games and they had KID'S running the bumper cars 3 didn't work and the skate ring and No one was mending the laser tag Shelby was the only one trying to help the customer some little blonde kid wasn't doing nothing but stand and on his cell phone so I feel like I'm owed at least a game or two of bowling since we didn't get to play at all
Kyle’s the blonde guy is so great!! He makes magic happen and Dalton is helpful and also very kind! These two guys made my sons birthday special!
