Description

We strive to make the intake process as easy as possible for both referring caregivers and patients. We recommend a tour of our community whenever possible to see Gallaway first hand and meet center staff in person. We look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, plus most HMO plans and private insurance. A member of our admissions team will be happy to assist you to determine which benefits may fit your needs.

They really treat people like family and I also notice how they all work as a team to help everyone that needs anything. I can not say enough about each person there. Thank you to all the nurses, physical therapists, cooks, maintenance, housekeepers, the helpers, and the ones in the offices that make this place run so well. Great job!
First I was impressed with how inviting and friendly everyone one was. They were eager to help and make us feel comfortable. Everyone was real take charge with their job. I work in healthcare a hospital so I appreciate someone that takes their job serious. Patient care is very important. They answered every question I had. This was the first time my husband has spent time at a patient care facility. They do not mind when I call to see how his day was. That made me feel very secure that they were taking care if my husband of 51 years. It was hard to leave him with strangers but I had a good vibe from them.
The facility is trying to keep everyone safe, especially the residents & employee. We were surprised when we saw the entry device for checking temperatures and not sure how it determines who can go safely in. Our church visits every month & holds a worship service there with some of the residents. We are happy we can visit again after a long hiatus.
The Administration and staff of Galloway Nursing Home was very friendly and helpful on my visit today. Thank you for your service.
A place like Home very well Please! .... The Staffing and Nurse's Takes Good care of My Father! They always keep me informed of any Changes, for as Medically, Skillfully, his Goals Ect....all of the Staff Administrators loves my father!! As long as he's Happy and well taken care of, lm very Happy!
Both of my parents, recently became residents, at Gallaway Health. They had lived with me for almost three years, the time had come, that I alone, could no longer care for them. As hard of a decision and situation as that was, I now have no doubt my parents are in the right place with the most amazing team of care givers. Gallaway Health was the right decision. My parents are well cared for and safe!! The staff, is AMAZING!!! From my very first phone call, to inquire about their services, everyone has been incredible . They literally walked me through each step, answered all of my questions, listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond, anything I expected, to make this transition, as easy as possible. This didn’t stop, once my parents were admitted. They continue to go above and beyond, In every way. If you’re in a similar situation right now, let me assure you, you will not find a more loving caring staff, than that at Gallaway. Not only do they care deeply about the residents, but they care about YOU. They have very quickly become dear friends, and an extension of my family. It’s so wonderful, knowing that my parents are being treated so well, loved and cared for, 24/7. Knowing, that they are happy and safe! I can’t thank Demetra, Joanna, Britney, Felisha, Roxie, Kelley, Ms. Racine, all of the therapist, nurses, CNA’s, Maintenance… absolutely everyone, ENOUGH! There just aren’t words, that adequately express my gratitude. I definitely recommend, giving Gallaway Health, a chance to meet you or your loved ones needs. Amy Ludwig
It was a hard decision when my mom who suffers from dementia had to enter a nursing home for her safety. The nursing staff from C. Walton, Corry and TJ were comforting and attentive to my mom. She received great care. Amy, the social worker went above and beyond to help us.
The members at Gallaway Health and Rehab are incredible. My stay and services provided there was incredible. Each week day and weekend the personnel were very responsible and attentive to my needs, regardless of the hour of the day, night or early morning ex. 2am, 3am, 4am hour. They were very kind, respectful and carried themselves in a very professional manner. Whenever, there is a physical, medical need, I highly recommend Gallaway Health and Rehab.
Don't bring your loved ones to this place. They destroyed my marriage. The workers are rude. Everytime I go see my husband that is when they let me. He looks dirty and u kept. I went 4minths without seeing or talking to him because they would not let me. They don't give message to them. The place is a place you don't want someone you love to be involved with . They make up any excuse to keep you from visiting.there was a problem with the nurses. And they kept me from seeing my husband fo 4 months . now when I go see him I'm only aloud to visit in the conference room. I have never done anything.the nurses if they don't like you they lie . Plus they are allowing some patients to go out all hours of the night and lie about it . This place is a nightmare
The staff and nurses are very nice and care for my grandfather very professionally. I feel very comfortable with the service they provide.
