Best experience ever!!! Wesley and Shawn were extremely knowledgeable in helping me select a mattress. I never knew that there was so many factors to consider when purchasing a mattress. Will definitely be back to purchase my furniture!!
The "manager/owner" is terrible at good customer service. He was very very rude to my mother-in-law. Purchased a washer/dryer from the company. Sales person said they supply hoses on the truck. We were told that when they deliver the unit if they can't use the old hoses they will have some on the truck. They accidentally damaged the unit. So, had to wait to get a new unit for a couple of weeks. No problem, accidents happen. However, we drove in from the city to help move furniture and make sure delivery went smoothly. When they went to FINALLY install the units, they didn't bring any hoses, so didn't hook up the unit. When we called to ask them to come back and hook up the unit, they refused unless we paid them another $50. Considering that they damaged the unit in the first place husband drove all the way from OKC to help move furniture to get the unit into the house and couldn't.... then didn't bring the hoses with them, you would think they would come back and hook the units up. THEY did not. We had to hire a plumber to do it. WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Not because of the accident with the unit, but because of how he treated our MIL and us. He literally raised his voice on the phone and continued to talk over us in a very rude manner.
Bought brand new out of the box had the guys come put it in my house and the only thing holding it together was wood glue and staples

I have ordered from this place on two occasions, every time at setup, there is a problem. I asked for an additional discount for customer satisfaction, said I received a $600 discount but so did everyone who spent $3000. They will eventually get it corrected , but they can try to satisfy a customer by doing something.
I purchased living room furniture from here and it broke within 90 days of getting it home. The company sent a tech out 4 times to work on it, but it still isn’t fixed. This has been going on over a year. The company refused to honor the warranty when I asked about replacing the furniture and now says that because the one year period is over, we are on our own to replace the broken furniture.

very pleased with our purchase. Ed was very comfortable to work with as well as everyone else. Went above and beyond to help us and in a very timely manner. Will definitely return as we didn’t feel like customers we felt like friends and family.
My wife and I was having a hard time finding the right bed due to the fact she has just had he 2nd back surgery. I called and spoke with Shawn Waters on the phone . He invited us to come look at Galleria furniture . When we got there Shawn was very professional he took the time to guide my wife and I through the process of finding the right bed . His patience with us was very welcoming we didn't get that at others stores If you looking for a great deal on furniture and need someone to guide you with patience then Galleria furniture is your place to shop . I bought a whole house full of furniture here the sales people there are very friendly and very helpful. When the delivery guys brought my furniture to my house they were very careful.
