Love this place, they always have great deals and sales. I get all my nursing scrubs from here.
The worst customer service experience I have ever received. I am not the type of person who writes bad reviews. I tend to only write good reviews and if something doesn’t go as I hoped I just won’t write a bad review on it I’d let it go. But this time it was different walking into this store. Madelyn the “assistant manager” was rude the entire time and didn’t try to find a way to help me. I was told by Juana sales associate that I can exchange my scrubs without a receipt as long as all the tags were on the scrubs and she made my experience difficult and refused to exchange scrubs. Madelyn then called the store manager Doris and she was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever I felt extremely humiliated because they were making it seem as though I had not bought my scrubs at a scrub pro. They were speaking over me and kept threatening me with calling the police only because I asked if I can see their policy and see where it says I can’t exchange my scrubs for the correct color without the receipt & with all the tags on them! In the end I gave up and tried to just purchase the new pair of scrubs I needed for work and they refused to sell them to me! Who does that?!?!?!?!? I told them I would call corporate about their bad customer service & they continued to be rude to me and disrespectful. If I could rate this store 0 starts I would. I now understand why they have so many bad reviews!
So happy they stay open until 9pm because I couldn’t get in until around 8. I could tell they were cleaning up already but they were polite and asked if I needed help finding anything, and unlocked a changing room for me several times since I was trying on scrubs. They have everything from very cheap, to Cherokee, to Greys Anatomy scrubs. Overall I liked this store and will no doubt be back when I need another pair!
Unbelievable... I tell you first of all they only had 1 style for men's eggplant scrubs. Second of all you want to return something from them not only do you need to bring the tags make sure the same card because I sat there 20 minutes for them trying to figure out which I was returning. Amazon and Cherokee have better scrubs then this store
If you're a POC, they'll racially profile you, and even card you for using your OWN credit card with a $20 purchase. I forgot to mention how rude they are when asking a basic question about scrub pants. VERY RUDE! These people will never get my business again.
Bought a pair of 100$ nursing shoes, was told I could wear them in the house and if they weren't comfortable I could return them. After wearing them for an hour in the house I realized they were not comfortable. Took them back in the box with the original receipt, was told they could not be returned. After speaking to a manager they agreed to let me exchange them. Then the sales lady with died short brown/blonde hair, told me I was a liar. I have never been treates so rudely as a customer. I will never shop here again.
Only 1 star because they have a good variety of scrubs at different price points. But the customer service is by far the worst. Snooty staff who literally smirked at me when I walked in because I didn’t greet them in Spanish? They proceeded to talk about me and stare at me the entire time I was in the store. 1 girl especially had such a smug look on her face when she was ringing me up. Not really sure what their problem is at this store but be prepared to be treated as if they were doing you some massive favor.
I was shopping for something specific and they had what I was looking for. Not only that, but they have a wide selection of healthcare contempory wear. The store was clean however, the amount of items they have on their racks, tends to make it difficult to pass through. Overall I will return mainly because the staff was friendly and the items are plentiful.
The manager with tattoo back of ear is really rude. They need better customer service. Never coming here again.
