My family has utilized the funeral home's services on several occasions. This was my first time being actively involved in planning my relative's funeral arrangements.  For the most part, all went well until the financial obligations were discussed.  To make a long story short, I was informed that until the funeral costs were paid, the services would be postponed until payment can be sorted.  This just added more stress to an unfortunate situation and could have been handled in a more delicate manner. Ultimately, the situation was resolved.  Otherwise, the services went well and my family was pleased.

Grief after the passing away of a loved one leaves a person with a sense of loss and of being lost.  The staff at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home seem to know this instinctively and give their warm attention to your needs at this most difficult time. In making funeral arrangements for my husband, the staff at Galloway & Sons was patient, supportive, and ready to answer all my questions.  Each member of the staff carried out his or her duties so that all phases of my husband's funeral service flowed smoothly and honored him beautifully. Norman and the staff at Galloway & Sons Funeral home recently help plan a beautiful ceremony to celebrate the life of my mother in July 2021. They were available to meet and assist on short notice, and made the entire process much easier than I had feared.  With their help, we were able to spend they day focused on our family and friends, without having to worry about details and logistics.  Thank you all for all you did to make saying goodbye just a little easier!

Galloway and Sons did a wonderful job in preparation and executing the plans for the funeral services. They were caring, thoughtful and extremely prepared to do the best job possible. The family is very grateful to Johnny, Andrew, Delia and Bertha for everything.

My Mother died on Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  We had family in town that would have to leave if the funeral could not be set up the Services for this past Saturday.  Mr. Galloway met with us on Thanksgiving Day to make it all happen.  Delian and Andrew in the Office were in constant contact with me to get all of the details completed.  They went out of their way to make this as easy as possible.  Our Family is most gracious for this group.

The staff at Galloway & Sons was extremely attentive and helpful in arranging services for my father. We had to plan and work from long-distance and consider the limitations of the covid-19 situation, and the staff dealt with all of the details in a courteous and efficient manner. I would recommend Galloway & Sons to anyone planning in connection with the loss of a loved one.
