"We are a food truck that operates primarily in Onondaga, Cayuga and Oswego counties, as well as, surrounding areas. We serve old fashioned wood smoked bbq, and homemade sides. We present our skillfully crafted foods in an innovative, as well as, a traditional way. We provide catering for all events from 40 people and up. On and off our food truck. Can’t believe I haven’t already left a review! They did our wedding and were AMAZING!! Everyone loved it and raved to me about them after! We had zero issues from booking to set up to tear down. They even threw in extras to make the experience even more magical. The food is amazing and you can tell it’s made from the heart and not just re heating frozen foods. I wish I had photos but I think it was all devoured before we could even think about taking a photo! Highly recommend. We have also gone to their food truck many times and always look for them at events. TRY THE MEATBALLS!
A friend and I ordered from the Auburn location through Door Dash and were very disappointed. The burgers we had weren’t bad, but definitely not worth $8 for the size and taste. The Mac n cheese was mediocre at best. Prices are outrageous for the portions and quality of the food. Would not recommend
Best BBQ around! We had pulled pork, beans & Mac n cheese delivered for a co-workers last day. The food was ridiculously good. I heard a few people say it the best bbq they've had & I'd have to agree!!
Food is good prices not bad! But the owner is arrogant and if you find anything wrong with your experience he will make it out to be your or someone else’s fault. He has zero accountability for his mistakes and it is all the customers fault! Definitely never go by his Facebook posts he will edit them and call you a liar!! Not a good human!
Absolutely amazing. Even their barbecue pit is awesome. They use all wood. No propane no electronic temperature control. Just old fashioned wood fire. You can taste it in their food that it's done the right way. Fantastic sauce they have a mustard base and their signature tomatoes base. I could drink this stuff it's so good. If you see them don't pass it up. You will regret not trying one of their masterfully smoked creative menu items or just a good old pork sandwich!
Wow, ordered the Carolina BBQ Wrap, it's so packed with flavor! Just the right spice, great smokiness, just all around very tasty!! I will order again. Highly recommend!
We got the The Hog-ritto and Sweet Caroline Wrap. They were delicious and fulling. Also got a side of beans - yummy!
We catered their food truck for our wedding yesterday and the food was amazing! Every guest was going up for seconds and thirds! Great service and people! Thanks for participating in our photos as well they came out great!
We had this truck come for food at our job. Perfect! We'll done pulled pork sandwhich nice and charred amazing flavor on time. I couldn't ask for more!
Best BBQ I have had in years! The sweet Caroline is amazing!!! And the Mac and cheese is all that! Kudos to you guys!!
