This is my second time buying a Mazda from Galpin Mazda and this experience toped the last one, Arnold and the whole Team here today made me and my family feel nothing but that like family and not only drove out of there with an amazing deal again, but also feeling great and well taken care off.
I was there for a routine check of all car systems. And after this check, I found that the cabin air filter is not properly installed and they did not close the air filter cover. I had to check the whole car myself after that. Also, after checking, the mileage increased by 7 miles. They also promised to wash the car for free, but they did not wash it. In total, I paid 35 dollars for the servic. Also, the wheels were mixed up in places, I have different tires on the front and rear axles!
I just bought a new car here today. My experience is super great. Luis helped me a lot in selecting the best car for me. It's very straightforward and effective. All other staff here are also very nice and friendly. We had a lot of fun here. Luis and the financial manger William both are very straightforward and honest to customers that you don't need to have too much concerns. They will give very detailed explanation for each item and the pricing. We also got very nice AAA insurance here with the help of Luis before we left. Luis was very patient in introducing the features of the CX-30 and taught us how to use them. It's our first time to buy a car and we think this is the best place to do that, after comparing with many other dealership. Anyway, thanks again for your great service! -- Yuchen

In April 2022, I purchased a brand-new and gorgeous 2022 CX-5 Turbo Signature. Rudy Catalan was an excellent sales associate and helped me through the process of getting into a new car. He made the decision making process between the CX-5 and the CX-30 an easy thing. Mario Saber, the Finance Manager, was excellent as well, and he made the financing process, the optional extras, and the "hard part" of buying a car easy and pain-free. Post-buying process, the service department at Galpin Mazda is top-notch! The staff is extremely friendly, the service loaners if needed are excellent brand-new Mazda models, and the experience is great. I think Galpin Mazda has treated me better and to a higher quality service standard than the prior Audi dealership, I went to during the 3 years I owned my Audi. I want to give a major shout-out to Chris Archer, the service manager at Galpin Mazda, who has gone above and beyond for me with my car. Having issues taken care of under warranty is very easy and painless, unlike my experience with other automotive brands/dealerships in the past. Chris has taken the time and effort to show that I am a valued customer at the dealership and has ensured that I will be put into a service loaner any time there is a service that requires my car to be out of my possession for a longer period of time. After my recent experience, Chris has solidified my relationship with Galpin Mazda and has kept me a loyal customer for many years to come. He gives 110% and genuinely cares about the customer, something that is often lacking in other dealerships - this is what makes people like him an absolute gem in the automotive service industry. My ownership experience so far for the last 6-months and 9,000 miles has been an absolute pleasure. Mazda manufactures an incredible vehicle and a great dealership experience with awesome employees like Chris service and ownership experience are much more important as that is long-term who make sure that things are properly addressed and taken care of on your car making the ownership experience something to enjoy rather than to be afraid of and run away. Thank you, Galpin Mazda, for being incredible. I am looking forward to the upcoming CX-70 and CX-90 for my next car in the future and will always refer my friends and family to your dealership if they need a car. If you want to have a great experience buying and owning a Mazda, go to Galpin; once you have your Mazda, go give Chris a visit, he is by far the best service manager I have ever interacted with and I guarantee you will feel the same way too! I would like to thank Brenda for providing exceptional service and made the whole process smooth from beginning to end. She was patient in answering all my questions and most importantly, she stayed within my budget! Brenda truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in choosing the right car for me!
My experience was unfortunately subpar. After being in communication for over a week, information was not disclosed to me about a car I was on my way to purchase from out of town- a 3 hour drive, 6 hours round trip. I had an appointment to drive and hopefully purchase a specific car. Prior to heading out of town to Galpin, I found out on my own, that the car had already been sold days prior to my scheduled appointment with Guillermo. While full transparency is not to be expected when car shopping, communication & transparency about basic & key things certainly is. Not even a tiny bit of accountability was taken.
I don’t normally like to write reviews, but I must say that I was very pleased with my the customer service that I received from Rudy. He was the only salesman that was willing to help me and my mom when we got to the dealership. He was able to find us the car that we wanted and made the experience so much easier as well as getting us the best deal. If you’re thinking of purchasing a Mazda, go to Galoin and look for Rudy. -Alvin C.
Always A+ service. If you go, get Chris Flores to help you out. He helped get me into a sick 3 turbo two years ago and he made the process extremely easy. Very cool dude and very professional. Also, If you love your Mazda, trust me, dont take it anywhere else for service. Galpin is the only place I trust with my NC and 3. I’ve had one other mechanic touch the NC and never again.
I was assisted by Joe from Galpin Mazda in north hills he was extremely helpful in the whole process of getting the car I wanted in the price range I had in mind he made the whole process very pleasant & easy. He made sure all my questions were answered and that I was getting a safe & reliable car, I was very happy to have walked out of the dealership feeling confident & excited about my purchase as this was my first car ! the service from everyone else that also had a part in my process at this dealership was amazing they were all very polite and did a great job they made the whole process fast & very convenient.
