Joey Stiltner worlds worst attorney currently letting a mentally handicapped client sit in jail for pretrial violation not showing up or staying in contact after the pre-trial officer told Me to get Her into a mental health facility and not to worry about the pretrial after we had to chase the girl all over the courthouse like a child! Unable to understand instruction to even comply! She has been in jail 6-7 weeks Joey says awaiting mental health evaluation. Guards don’t know Her condition and roughing Her up for not following instructions and punishing Her throwing Her in the hole! It’s a travesty! I will have Him de-barred or die trying! He will have to answer to God for this and I feel sorry for His Sole! I still can’t believe the my heart aches for this poor girl! IT’s everything I can do to follow the legal process and not break Her out somehow! Something has to give they are torchering Her and Joey is doing nothing! Not doing both but avoiding Me and My calls!

They let people just sit in jail for, I know of months, for minor infractions won't attempt to get them out or even schedule a hearing, I guess that's how the system works these days, if you find yourself needing a lawyer, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
