Ben Gamache and Co are doing their best to try and keep homeless people from having a roof over their heads, absolutely disgusting for them to buy up property in order to prevent the city from opening emergency shelters
Horrible experience leasing from these people. My girlfriend and I had an artist space and we would use our conversion van to load and unload and we always were rushed and spoken down upon. The owner is not a good person. The building was always falling apart and the maintenance workers are volatile as well. We do not recommend leasing from gamache properties.
I have been a lease holder with Gamache Properties for over 13 years. Ben is a wonderful man and his team are fantastic. Whenever there is even a small issue they are right on top of it to correct the situation.
I've been a tenant at their Elm Street property for 2 months and so far it's been a pleasant experience. Quiet tenants, all inclusive utilities, and affordable laundry machines on site
Total slumlords, their super Eric is not only a moron but he's a thief as well! If you rent property from these cats make sure you change the locks...
