Best experience every time I enter the store. The manager here, well she is AMAZING. Game Stop gets 5 stars at this location, but she gets 10 stars. All the employees are nice, & helpful. Keep it up!
Literally somewhere I went on a whim and experienced suppressed trauma I forgot about... But I got a fair price for a game that came out years ago.
There prices on Xbox 360 games are reasonable but they get 4 stars because everytime I have tryed to call them I can never get anyone to pick up the phone to answer my questions.
This store is amazing! We drove from Hickory after being sent from the store on HWY 70 saying they has something we were looking for for our son who had just injured his arm. Come to find out they did not have it. The store manager went above and beyond to respect our time, energy and efforts. He even called the manager of the store that sent us to take care of the issue. The sore was not crowded, neat and clean and everyone was eager to help us find what we had come for.
The Granite Falls Gamestop store would NOT let me return my unopened brand new game I purchased 3 days earlier and I had my receipt. They said they would take it as a trade in and give me a few bucks for it. HEELLLLOOOO I paid full price and had my receipt. They were NOT nice at all and I will not be going back to the Granite Falls store at all.
Great store, great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager at this store also recognizes discount not only for law enforcement/firefighters, but also military discount. Thank You for doing this. There are alot more active duty Military and Veterans than there are L.E. or firefighters. Great Store Manager!!! Again, Thank You Alot!!!!
Greeted me when I walked in, ask if I needed help finding anything. Actually forgot to put one of my games in the case. Got home , realised it and called. And there we're very apologetic and gave me some store credit. Very nice people, knows how to correct there mistakes and make sure you are satisfied!
Overall, an above average gamestop but they have 1 particularly amazing employee. Sarah has gone above and beyond to help me get hard to find collectibles on numerous occasions now. She has done a couple store transfers for me so I wouldn't have to drive 1 hour+ each way to another store. Literally every other gamestop employee I've asked to do this at this same store and 3 others have acted like it was a impossible request and we're typically very rude when refusing to do it. She is also super friendly and helpful during standard purchases as well, which makes their required suggestive selling a lot more bearable.
This is my 7 year old son's favorite place to go. All the employees assist him like he is a grown up. He can trade his old games for new ones and pay with his game stop card without me even saying a word. This makes him feel independent and excited and that makes me a very satisfied customer!
Absolutely LOVE the customer service and how nice and helpful Cannon is! I live in Lincolnton but will gladly make the 35 minute drive to shop at this store! Thanks for being SO awesome Cannon!
