Drove about 35 minutes for this GameStop for something only they had in stock. They're supposed to be open at noon.... It's now 12:35. I totally understand 5 or 10 minutes. But 35?? With no notice on the door? Absolute waste of time and gas.
Definitely called before you waste your time and gas coming here. Quite often they'll be closed with no notice And when you call and complain and explain that you had to take off work to get there and drove 30 minutes going there and going back home empty handed they don't care. And the notice in the windows that says they'll be back in an hour is not correct I waited an extra 30 minutes and they still never showed backup
Love this Gamestop ! every one there is so kind and help you with all your needs. The whole team is immaculate, especially the assistant manager Juan. He's humble and very professional. He goes out of his way !
This store is beyond unprofessional!!!!!!! I’m beyond satisfied with my last purchase I believe one Juan lies about prices and pockets the rest of the money has bought a game in there then I go home my codes on the papers that came with the game said they had already been used ! How if this was sold to me as a NEW GAME !!!! Not to mention it had no wrapping more like a used game beyond unsatisfied with this store. He didn’t allow me to use my credits I have for my game stop. The game said 10$ online but I paid 22$ For the game this is horrible. Not to mention Juan is unprofessional with female customers and tries to get way to friendly especially after being told Not interested or I’m married Showing ring on my finger. I can only imagine how he possibly makes female works there feel or other female customers. I will be taking my business else where I rather buy my games off Amazon for my child I WILL BE BOYCOTTING GAME STOP ALL TOGETHER . Better management and staff or close the shop
I love this store! It’s clean and I love the collector’s items!!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I prefer this store over the mall stores, these individuals genuinely care about their customers!!!
I had to trade in a joycon because the one they gave me didn’t work and had lag. I had the warranty so I was able to turn it in. Ryan gave me an attitude the entire time. He said the year warranty I paid for doesn’t carry over to the new joycon and it would be twenty dollars.A price I didn’t pay purchasing the original warranty. And the one they gave me didn’t even work from the beginning. The joycon is also disgustingly dirty and now if it doesn’t work I won’t be able to trade it in.
Some workers are absolutely awesome, others aren't interested in providing service and instead offer excuses. I would like to highlight Keith, who is extremely knowledgeable in both video games and trading cards. He's always warm and welcoming and actually ENJOYS what he does. The negative experiences I've had were with other employees in which they try to mark things "defective" without disclosing this when giving credit or when they refuse to help you find a games location other stores with stock. Overall this store is generally great, and of my many times I've only had this negative experience with 1 employee, whereas many great experiences with people like Keith.
Buy alot of games here. Love this place. Workers are great. I took 2 stars away because my last visit was horrible. Charged us more than there advertised price and when i brought it up, the game stop employee was rude and made excuse and then was talking to a friend in the store. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes my frustrations had me walk out having had paid more than i should. Very disappointing. I now have to find a new location to go to. Couldnt be bothered to remedy my situation.
Worker with short dyed hair is so damn nice. The need more like her. The store is kinda small but other than that it's your typical Gamestop
Staff is respectful, polite and so very helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure they can get you what you are looking for. I would have given them 5 stars but their only downfall would be that it is a smaller gamestop and they do not have systems, controller, etc in stock. They will find it for you, order it and they usually give you a discount or something like that for the inconvenience of it not being there. So besides that little issue, its 5 stars all the way. I'll have them order whatever I need before going somewhere else, just to keep dealing with the employees there.
