I went into this GameStop yesterday and had a very uncomfortable experience with the manager. As I walked in I was greeted with “hi what’re you looking for today?” I said that I was just looking and was met with said manager rudely saying “of course” with a sigh as if he was upset I was just looking and not there to specifically buy something. As I was looking at the Pokémon cards with my boyfriend I mentioned that I probably shouldn’t buy anything because I just bought a new phone that’s when the manager asked me what kind of phone it was. I told him it was an iPhone and was immediately met with “I’m sorry” like it was a bad thing that I bought an iPhone. He then decided it was appropriate to say “did you know that it’s more likely for a female to reject a man who has an android?” He said this in a very rude misogynistic way which made me super uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I kinda just stood there awkwardly then decided we didn’t want to buy anything from them anymore and left. I went back in today to tell the other employee who humored him yesterday when he said that, to tell him that it was wrong to talk to a customer in that way and was met with a very disinterested and kind of stuck up “I get you.” “there’s nothing I can do.” Response. He seemed to get annoyed that I was there to tell him it was inappropriate and it didn’t seem like he cared at all. I’m not one for confrontation but this is just so weird and frustrating. I would not recommend any woman to go in there and talk to the manager, I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been made uncomfortable by him.

I went here looking for an Xbox controller & headset. Hailstorm helped me & was not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products, she took the time to thoroughly explain my options. I’ll be going here for all of my future video game needs!!

I love this place! All the staff are nice and knowledgeable!! They never make me feel dumb for not being a "pro" gamer, just a mom who like to play Xbox! Merry Christmas!

Great Manager and they do their best to make you happy. My kids love dragging me here all the time.

Didn’t happen to get the employees name, but was given false info and told they wouldn’t do my ps4 trade in today February 11th around noon because they can’t do any updates themselves. Shiesty employees and store, not going back.

Like it always is with every place after the new year, they were low on stock for Xbox One games.. but the employee there was really helpful with explaining the games that were available and helping me find ones that were like the type of games I usually go for. He also reminded me of them being able to order n ship it to my address n was just all around helpful and personable. I'll definitely be returning back there with my business n would refer other people there as well.

Staff was helpful and i got what i was looking for! You definitely need a certain way about you to get treated well in my experience but hopefully thats over with now! I guess what i mean is if you know nothing about games or gaming youll have a bad time! So go with someone with some knowledge!

Very rude people working there. I called their last week asking a gentleman if there was just in particular game they still had he said he said yes we have a certain amount of them I said okay great could you repeat that again at a hard time hearing you what did I stutter that's what the guy told me did I stutter.? This is the way GameStop in Keene New Hampshire treat their customers in my opinion absolutely horrible customer service will never be going back there again and my family will not be going back there again. Been going to GameStop for years now will not be going back because of this rude employee so GameStop I would advise you to hire people that treat other people with respect! The people you have working there very rude and very ignorant!! You have lost me and my family's business for good

Well still love gamestop but not so much the new spot seems more crowded just don't like the setup

Either their website or the store is lying. Because they won't even look at games for trade if they aren't current. Even though it's says they take in more items than ever in the their advertisements. Brought in a stack of 1st party Wii/Wii u and GameCube games worth more than $100 according to their own website and they told me to sell them somewhere else, which would have had zero chance of helping that day. People who work there make it clear that they don't want to be their and don't want you their either.
