Bought a refurbished Nintendo switch console to save me some money. This is the second unit we own and the first one I bought is still working fine. The one I bought here does not display an image on the the tv. I didn’t know this because my son never told me until I found out myself. If you buy a used console from here check it thoroughly before warranty is up.
They always have a great selection of games and awesome stuff to buy.
Never answer phones, always acted weird once I go in to do a warranty exchange, even though they told me about it. Was being talked down to by another customer and the staff giggles at his comments.
I had such a good exprince here today! The staff was amazing and so happy to find me a game I would love. They treated me with respect and kindness. One of the workers, Xavier was amazing! He recommended me a game called "Bendy and the ink machine". Its great. I will 10000% go back!
0/10 would recommend. I bought a new game for a gift and the person I bought I for already had received the same one. Went back the next day to return it and they said they don’t accept returns on new games! So their 1-800 support sent me a return label so that they could get the game and process the refund that way, but since the store is supposed to accept the return it is taking forever. Corporate is now looking as to why stores are denying returns on new games, and since this is now under investigation my refund is on hold even after their warehouse got the game back on 03/28/2022. Something that could’ve been avoided if the employees could’ve done the return as their return policy states.
They are the best here in Los Lunas! The friendliest most helpful staff.. always excited to see if they can help you find anything and update you on the newest games coming out and deals. The manager, Jay, is a really great guy and you can tell the employees are happy to be there.
Hands down my favorite Gamestop to go to in New Mexico. The employees are awesome especially the manager. They're helpful and nice. Known to spark up a conversation on games or consoles too, which this Geeky lady can appreciate.
Always love their staff. Very friendly and goes above and beyond expectations. The manager Jay is a very reasonable person and will get you hyped with sales or merchandise
Would like to start out by saying gamestop was my favorite place and goto for buying or pre ordering games and or consoles. The last straw was when i called in to see if PS5 pre orders were live and if i could secure my pre order. Well I was told pre orders had already gone live and they weren't taking any more pre ordering. So I then asked why I wasn't notified by email or contacted by phone that being that i was supposedly on a PS5 pre order call list. I was told that any person in store asking to pre order the PS5 couldn't be turned down for business. As a regular gamestop customer that really upset the sh!t out of me that I didn't get a notification or call. The pre order call list was pretty much non existent. Why have email notifications and call list for people if your not gonna honor either one of them. Luckily I did get my PS5 pre order elsewhere. This being said I will not be returning to gamestop for future purchases
