This GameStop is on the smaller side, so the selection is a bit more limited than what I was used to growing up near a larger size and volume store. The staff are super friendly though and will assist with ordering things for you if they are able to locate it. I pre-ordered the Legend of Zelda: Years of the Kingdom OLED Switch in store for pickup and the process of ordering and obtaining was very quick and easy.
Management is completely inept and has no idea of how to run a pre-release. People were still waiting outside 40 minutes past midnight and they had less than 100 customers to deal with. Please save yourself some trouble and preorder literally anywhere else, this is an embarrassment.
I've only ever been here for midnight releases, which are always chaotic, but they seem to always handle them pretty well. Service is fast and efficient
Their online hours are not accurate, so call before you show up - other than that, no issues at this store. Pic shown is on Friday Dec 30 at 10:30am
I called at least 7 GameStop's today and this was the ONLY location that picked up let alone was helpful. Huge props to the guy working around 4:45p on Sept 6. He was extremely professional, genuinely polite and very helpful. He actually gave a flying # and helped me find a store that had what I needed. Thanks to you again if you read the reviews of your store.
No offense to the employees that work at game because they were all very helpful. Game stop is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I bought a game with trade in and my gift card. Went back to return the game and they did not give me the return money for the trade so I lost out on 10 bucks. I called the customer service number on the website which useless. I even have a 3 dollar rewards on my account which gives me and error everytime I try to redeem it. It's only a ticking time bomb before they all close. I used my gift card to buy a microsoft gift card because I can't stand this company. There games are $15 more then amazon or Walmart.
I came in towards closing and I was greeted by Matt who gave me help with my purchase and answered some questions for me and overall gave me a very great experience
Store was very organized. I found what I want easily and the staff were great!!
Excellent store. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. They treat each customer with respect. Each time I've gone in the employees have been happy and helpful even though sometimes they've been extremely busy. Great group of people.
Store is good, but there hours are a joke. They don't open at 11 and they don't close at 7. They open when they want to and close when they want to. I went yesterday at 4pm and they closed as I walked to the door and said sorry bro were closed went there at 1130am today waited until 1230 still never opened. I saw about 20 people try to go in no wonder gamestop is going out of business, you can't make money if your store is closed
