God bless this lady, I think her nametag said Linda. I came through with my 8 sons and daughters plus my sister and brothers kids which totaled to 14. They were running around messing things up and just being loud and rambunctious but Linda made everything work and she was so polite and courteous.
Vicksburg store has some nice associates but why cant you order something for me and have it shipped to the store so that if something happens your responsible and because I work and wont be home when its delivered hence the reason I go to the store I could have it shipped to my house myself lol but they told me it might get put out on the sales floor and sold which dont make sense and is really bad for business and I have been unable to get a nintendo switch and oculus quest 2 and its been almost a year but I understand why its because people are mass buying during this pandemic and going in debt
Best staff I've ever had to deal with! Great location, and the manager is extremely polite, gets the job done. Not to mention that the entire staff goes above and beyond to help you! I've used this Gamestop since it opened, and I have to say that since it changed hands as far as store manager, I've spent more time there, and I don't mind making more frequent purchases! Thank you for making the environment friendly and not tense.
Best run GameStop I've ever been to. Heath does an awesome job knows exactly what you need all the time has answers for everything and even gives you the best options for saving money and at the same time getting exactly what you want. He has a great team on top of that who are all very well trained and always on point. I will never go to another GameStop as long as that one remains. Thank you Vicksburg GameStop keep up the great work.
I don't game but I have family who do...so I'm always in here asking questions and the staff are always helpful and courteous. They help me pick gifts for any of the ages I am buying for. The store is clean and well organized and always has a huge selection of awesome sales items.
This place has an awesome, laid back staff with a very extensive knowledge of all your gaming needs. I actually attended one of their preorder events, and it was very cool. They had free pizza and fun tournaments. This should definitely be your first stop if you're a gamer in Vicksburg.
Very well managed location for last 7 years at least. Best staff and ass Mgr ever. Knowledgeable and helpful staff that knows there stuff. Not in stock, they will find it and get it shipped to you asap. Among the staff, someone will always know a ton of insider information about any game or accessories that customer may question or concern. Helpful with choosing games according to age, personality, dedication, skill level, and price range. I'd say they hire intelligent, people's people, that love to help others, educated well, and possibly have Christian upbringing as it shows in how they deal with people, issues, and normal stress that comes with the territory. Handle disgruntled customers well, and strive to provide you with your gaming and entertainment needs, ultimately putting a smile on your face and wallets. They never harass u when browsing collection or rush customer to buy and get out. They allow you shop on peace. They had a wide variety of games and a very nice selection of rpg games in specific but the staff would really only speak to you if it were to buy something or to each other and the amount you get bad for turning in a fairly new game is what you would expect at GameStop I would only come here if I knew they had a game there that I couldn't find elsewhere they have a lot of merchandise no anime sadly
So went to GameStop Sunday to get a PSN card for my cousin. I went in and wasn't greeted, I got in line and waited, one person ahead of me. As I waited, there was an employee free she looked me in the eye and continued to do what she was doing, no big deal right? A white guy walked through the door and that same lady, that was once was working on something, so I thought, greeted the man and proceeded to help him with whatever he needed. I spoke up and said, I have been waiting here to only get a PSN card. She said, I'll be right with you. So I'm thinking, cool she realized her mistake I'm about to get my card and I can leave. Well, after maybe 30 sec. to a minute of standing there and her not telling me to come be served, I lefted never to return and took my money elsewhere. I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY WHERE I AM NOT RESPECTED.
i remember coming here with my brother and dad when its me and his birthday. very polite service. THIS PLACE MADE ME LOVE CATS AND MARIO ;D
