I do NOT recommend this game stop whatsoever! The manager was SO rude. I took back some games that were rated E for everyone and he refused to let me return them. The cashier who helped us the first time was there but the manager would not let me speak with her when she was the one who told us we had 30 days to return the games. Apparently that’s not the case and you only have 7 days which you can only find out if you read the bottom of the receipt. As I attempted to explain that games were for my 4 year old son who couldn’t figure them out the manager told me to buy the games that were rated E for everyone even though that’s what I did!!! I immediately left and called the other game stop in Hinesville and they agreed to let me return the games and swap them out. Do not recommend supporting this joke of a store.
Dont waste your time here. Staff is not knowledgeable on all policies and are giving out false information then wants to blame it on employees being new…. Not an excuse. Train staff properly and it would be no confusion or issues. Next step is reporting to the BBB.
Ok, great store greater customer service. I managed to get a Starfield controller from this place that I'll probably never open . Yet I most say there was only one in the area so not sorry I beat everyone to it. Just the atmosphere screams gaming and more when you walk in the door well done
I shop here every now and then and the employees here aren’t that bad actually. They are nice people and are very helpful and I was very satisfied with every product that I bought from this store. As long as you know what you are going to get and know your games then you will have a great experience. A life saving tip to having a great experience is to know what you are going to get from here before you come here. It’s called GameStop for a reason lol.
Customer service is always great I give this place a 10 out of 10
July 13, 2022 at approx 2pm.. We were greeted as we entered the location which is always important to me. How the ever, when my son had a question, the young lady just pointed at some batteries for his controller and walked away....this emoji described our faces>....as we stood there looking at 50 batties that all look the same, I noticed the staff behind the counter in a very engaged conversation Yes I sternly interrupted their convo and requested assistance yet again. This time a young man helped and the batteries that he recommended were totally different from the ones the young lady pointed at as she simultaneously walked away Needless to say we walked away with the correct items but man some customer service training will do this store some good..B- July 14, 2022 at approx 1pm.. again we were greeted as we entered the store This time the young man that was working was very kind and attentive. He answered all of my son's and my questions and provided great recommendations He provided excellent customer service...A+
The store has a very unpleasant odor and the associates seem like they'd rather be elsewhere. Every time i bring my kids there i just stand in the corner waiting to leave. But my kids Love it there soooo i guess i do too. They love the feel of it and the different variety they offer.
Love the place I don't know why are the people complain about this place cuz it's great environment employees are very helpful and they always want to see to your needs. I'm going there much anymore since I don't have a disc tray on my new console but still game place is my go-to.
Very patient and polite. They answered all of my questions and gave great advice as well.
The store itself is unorganized.I pre-ordered a game and it was released on a friday. On the same day it was released they stated they did not open the box it was delievered in and it will not be opened until sometime the following Monday. Really!!!!!
