Would be cool if they were actually open when it says they are online so you don’t make a trip all the way there to see that they’re closed. I understand short staffing but change your hours online then if you’re not going to be open at 11 or if you’re going to close 30 minutes early or if you’re going to close for lunch breaks. This is the third time I’ve went there when they weren’t open during the hours it says they’re open online. Other than that though this is an overall good store, employees are nice and knowledgeable & helpful. Just wish they’d change their hours

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in, but staff was able to find me just what I was looking for

I would give 6 stars if I could. Alexis helped me so wonderfully with my game requests even went above and beyond to get a question answered for me I had on a future transaction. She clearly cares about her customers and is very kind in helping A+++ job

Takes forever to answer the phone and when they finally answered after the 5th call they gave me an attitude and was very rude when I asked a simple question.

Don't ask for physical gameinformer. You probably won't get it an they will sign you up for a digital copy. Until you reach out to headquarters then they try an make it right. Still had to wait 16 weeks.

I just like this location a lot. The employees have that great side of quirkiness to them and the size of the store gives a surprisingly cozy vibe. It's relatively low traffic which is really nice for me. They also seem very quick and eager to help when you need something. I haven't had any issues yet, but I've been around a few times when people brought something and they were always able to solve it right away.

The staff here are significantly better than their mall counterparts. They seem to always care about their customers. The young lady helped me out tremendously with a issue I had with my daughters birthday present.

It's decent I didn't appreciate being manipulated by the female employee to spend the money when I got the cash back but I'll let it go. But the female worker is cute though .
