Lots of cool stuff but not much availability of what I wanted but it’s ok! And great stop for collectors and devices, had a couple of ps5 s for stock I think last time I went, overall amazing place with a few downsides.
On the website it says i can sell my gaming pc but when i went inside store i got hit with a “nope” customer service was Ard i felt greeted but eh GameStop is just a joke tbh
Best GameStop to go to I bout got a ps5 not too long ago and I had to go see a movie so I ask the manager for a favor if he could hold it when I’m finished with the theater and he hold it for me the best GameStop worker ever.
A young man with braids cursed me out today 5/11/22 he had braids and glasses on over a food delivery for no apparent reason ..To be honest he need to be fired for threatening a frequent shopper like myself at this store on 69th street UpperDarby Pa. 5/11/22 His co worker that morning was Laetrice she ordered food that I delivered. I will take up some legal actions with corporate to file a suit against his belligerent act towards me delivering food with my wife standing next to me at the time..My Name Is Aaron I feel threatened because I'm An Asian American with all the Violence in our city towards Asian Americans.

Drayton ent above and beyond. He helped me on my break. Convinced me to spend money on Xbox elite controller for quality I was looking for. Even found me some headphones to fit my head and introduced to my next purchase. A microphone. He had great knowledge of competitor brands and really missed his whole vreak because of me. Understandably this is an area where I will be suspicious of everyone entering the store, if I worked here but never judge someone by their appearance and above all, always be friendly and nice. I visited this location to purchase an arcade stick. It is brought from the back and I request to told the box so as to read the packaging. I am met with a strict "No you can't". It sounded funny as I was just from another location that let me view the packaging comfortably. So I requested that if I couldn't hold the box, maybe he could sit it on the counter top. I was met with another solid "No I can't". Zero explanations... Stunned and after a long and uncomfortable pause I manage to ask why. Then I am met with "it is company policy". Am I wrong to think that it would have been less uncomfortable if the very first answer I got was "No you can't because it is against our company policy"? After I made the purchase I offered nicely to share that he could have gone about telling me No differently because I was filled with frustration on who I was being judged as. With no remorse, I get answered I'm owed no explanation. I go ahead to explain, I don't know what your company policy is so how am I to know I can't touch the product and it can't even be sat at the table top? I couldn't even compare the 3 types they had side by side. Am I feeling disrespected or am I actually being disrespected? Why be this rude? A difficult customer will result to a quarrel. I hate to say my experience here was a total disaster. Visit this location and be prepared to be looked upon like trash. I said then and I say now that i could have walked away in anger, this location will not loose business but a bad name is building for this location and it's workers. I did my best not to respond to anyone in anger or take note of any names or I'd be taking this up to their immediate superiors. Remember that Gamestop is your office today and you too will be in your customer's office tomorrow. Beware...
Clean and helpful staff
I didn't have much time to get their pre ordered game but the helpful staff that me in-and-out as quickly as they could say they me a great deal it's on getting me to my other destinations without any problem nothing beats friendly people who will help you everywhere you make out that's the only way I can explain the staff at this particular location of gamestop it's a little farther away from where I now live but it's still worth a trip
Ok first off don't listen to the bad reviews most of em anyway 80% of the time I was treated fairly and had no problem. The workers have never been rude to me and I have gotten my way at least 98% of the time. I'm about to go there now in fact.
