Ganache Bakery Cafe

I contracted Ganache Bakery to make my Harry Potter Baby shower cake and they did not disappoint!! It came out so beautiful it hurt me to cut into it. I got a dulce de leche cake and it was divine. Everyone loved it. Thank you so much for making my cake. Will definitely order again for my next event.

The bakery has a good selection of sweets to choose from. We brought home a few of them to try, but ultimately we wanted to try the key lime pie as we heard it was the best in the state. After trying other restaurants and their pie, we decided to do a side by side comparison. After the taste test we concur that the Ganache Bakery has the best key lime pie in West Palm Florida. All other sweets we ate were very good as well. If you are in the area, or even across the state, it is worth the time to visit Ganache for your sweets.

Best decision choosing Jamal for my baby shower cake! The Winnie the Pooh theme cake was not only amazingly beautiful but was just as DELICIOUS!!!! He created just what I asked for. Apparently when the cake was delivered timely of course, the restaurant staff & pastry chef were raving about how beautiful and unique my theme cake was! Our event waiter said she’s never seen a more adorable themed shower cake! My guest loveeeed it! Thank you thank you thank you!

First cake was for a baby shower . It was exactly what we wanted, beautiful and Very delicious! Chocolate cake with chocolate cherry filling. Second cake was for my 10year old. It was amazing , not super sweet but still delicious. It was a vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling. So good!!! We had so many compliments. Great job!!

Jamal made a Ferrari themed cake for my dad's birthday and he loved it! My car buddies said that it was the best Ferrari themed cake they had ever seen. Jamal made the logo by hand.

Jamal and his team were fantastic in helping us place a special gluten-free cake order for one of our guests who also loved the cake! Our guests enjoyed it so much they brought some down to share with the team. The cake was absolutely delicious! We look forward to further working with Ganache Bakery for future orders.

We have known Jamal for six years and have used his amazing skills for several parties. He is always on point with the design and taste of the spectacular cakes that he creates. He is easy to work with, gifted, and we are lucky to have him displaying his talents in West Palm Beach.

The cake was for my partners 45th birthday celebration and it exceeded our expectations. The design of the cake was so beautifully and thoughtfully done, you could taste the love that was poured into the cake. It was divine! Each guest raved about how lovely and tasty it was. Jamal did my baby shower cake and the decoration was amazing. He followed what we discussed exactly. Once we cut into the cake it was so delicious. The cake stayed moist and was rich in flavor. I highly recommend Ganache Bakery!

I was in the neighborhood looking to kill some time. Happened to walk by their shop with a sweet tooth kicking in. I saw all the contests he won on Food Network and was intrigued. I said, “Why not?” Later that day at my house I kid you not…. Biting into that carrot cake cupcake with cream cheese frosting was the absolute best thing I have ever tasted. First off, it was so heavy to lift. I knew it was going to be moist and dense, second it wasn’t too sweet. Sweets always tend to give me a head thump afterwards. This did not… full of beta carotene because the carrots must have been plentiful, lol. They do things differently here. The time, care, and attention to quality is above and beyond. I literally can’t wait to go back. If you appreciate a job well done… beeline your way over to Ganache, and get your slice or cupcake of heaven. ;
