I have been a patient for well over 15 years well before I got married and had children. I’ve always received great care. My family and I moved to GA for 2 years back in 2011 but when I returned, I went right back to my dentist. I drive 40 mins away and pass by dozens of dentists but I’m not going anywhere as long as I live here. Dr. KARSHNER and his team are full of integrity and great care. My family was seeing a local dentist and we felt like our local dentist was being dishonest and was trying to charge us hundreds of dollars and we have pretty good insurance. I told my husband let’s get a second opinion for our oldest daughter and I took her to Dr. KARSHNER. Low and behold we were right, and she did not need what the other dentist office was saying she needed. My whole family will be going here now. I highly recommend Gane & KARSHNER.
I have just had my 6month check with Lydgate Family Dentistry. This is the best dentist I have ever had. Everyone is so happy and helpful and always ready to help. I live in Fayetteville NC and drive to Lumberton to Dr. Karsner just because he is always ready help. His staff is so helpful and caring. Thank all of you at LUDGATE FAMILYDENTISTY.
It was great returning to Ludgate Dentistry after a long absence due to Covid and several personal tragedies. I most enjoyed meeting with a couple of long time staff who have known for years I'm not your average nutcase. I may have been the first patient Dr. Burns has witnessed going into the "cadaver state". Doing so really helps to get the procedure done quickly.
I had a very pleasant appointment. The staff were fantastic. I totally recommend this facility for your dental needs. Thank you to all the staff.
Heads up the best dentist in America. Chris is knowledgeable and caring while helping to the best of his ability. Office staff and nurses are wonderful and his personal assistant, Alisha is the best.
I have known both Dentists as they were growing up. They are grounded in family values that shows in their work. I’m very proud of them and their achievements . Dillon is my personal dentist but would use either. Dillon graduated ECU dental school and his work is very accomplished. Go Pirates! My work today today was effective and painless. If looking for a dentist you can do no better!

Very pleased with our visit. My son had a dental emergency and has never been seen at this office. They were able to get him in and took care of his problem quickly. The office staff were very nice. The Dentist was very nice and informative. We will be switching our Dentist to this office due to our experience.

Great dental office. Dr Burns is wonderful. He's goes above to help his patients. I have Sjogrens Syndrome and he really looks out for me.
