It’s bad. Calls aren’t returned. People will catch an attitude if you don’t want your likely stressed mental health to get worse please find a different practice. Today alone I’ve had to call and call to get the care they are paid to give me and 0. I would post the screenshots of my letter requested but won’t because someone’s whole other name is on it and pronouns are he. I am not a man and that’s not my name. Pretty careless but don’t you dare be upset with them about it and hold anyone accountable.
This office is poorly managed. The average wait time is 1 hour even if you show up to your appointment on time. You can never get a proper answer from the staff. You have to call three different number to get in contact with someone from this office. The doctor never called for a scheduled telehealth appointment. Don’t think this office worth going.
I was able to get an appointment rather easily with Dr. Ganjoo’s nurse practitioner. Since Bowie is far away, I love that they do telecare. Her nurse practitioner took the time to listen and address my ADD. I’m very content with the care.
This place is terrible. I have been trying to get follow up care for my son following a hospital stay. I called Dr. Ganjoo's office last month regarding his medication and treatment plan. It took them 3 WEEKS to call me back. I still don't know what the plan is for him. They don't return phone calls in a timely manner and when they finally do, they have no idea what they are talking about. This is a critical time for my son and I'm stuck dealing with this ridiculous place. There is no sense of urgency. At all. Horrible.
I recently switched psychiatrists and I'm so happy that I did. Dr. Ganjoo has been a godsend. thanks to her, my meds are finally sorted out and I feel better than I have IN YEARS. The office is a little chaotic at times, and they seem to have fun at work, but don't let that deter you from the seriousness, attentiveness, and kindness that Dr. Ganjoo provides. As well her years of experience and expertise. I'm just so happy I found a doctor that actually listens to me, and has helped. Thank you!
Very difficult to get prescriptions refilled and they do not communicate effectively when it comes to care. However when there is a bill that needs to be paid they will harass you even if it only been a day since you received the bill.
Dr. Ganjoo and the rest of the medical staff have been wonderful. Dr. Ganjoo is patient and kind, and I never feel rushed with her. She always answers all of my questions and listens to my concerns. My life has improved so much since seeing Dr. Ganjoo, as well as the Nurse Practitioner, who is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that is seeking mental health treatment.
Don't go here! The office is inconsiderate and incompetent. After my appointment I was supposed to receive an evaluation via email, and even though I followed up multiple times a week for an entire month, verified my email address several times, and contacted both the office and Dr. Ganjoo herself, I never received this evaluation. I was never actually able to reach the office; it was always forwarded to an answering service they use, and they couldn't do anything but leave a note for the office. These people treat your mental health like it's some sick game. I'm moving to a different doctor.
I have high praise for Dr. Ganjoo and her staff. I have seen Dr. Ganjoo for depression, and she has helped me with this. She has always made herself available when I was in need or had bad spells with anxiety. I sincerely appreciate her and all her staff.
Dr.Ganjoo is a sweet, attentive Doctor. She will try her best to resolve your issue.. and will get it done.. even though she can be really busy she gives the patient the attention and the care they need..
