It’s been YEARS since I’ve shopped at The Gap, and truthfully at 55 years young, I wasn’t sure if I would find anything in my size and that would even appeal to me. Thankfully, Melissa who works there, asked if she could help and I left there with a great pair of comfy, stylish jeans, a new top and even a new bra, lol. I left happy with my purchases feeling like a million bucks!

I stopped in today to pick up a dress I'd ordered online. First, the dress is great! But second, and more important, the staff was awesome. They did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and courteously assisting me, and I actually got the feeling that they enjoy working there a rarity in a world of staffing shortages. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!

The customer service was awful from the manager upon a return purchased with my BR card. The cashier was  great.

Basic options and the infant section is basically empty. I like shopping for my daughter here though, as the girls section has fun items.

We enjoyed shopping at Gap near Woodstock. The store was stocked with plenty of clothes and sizes. Very attentive workers to customers.

The website says they’re open until 8, but if you go in after 7:30 be aware that an employee may scream at you “my do’ is locked!” if you walk to the kids side. That’s a quote. Not a misspelling.. The lights will be on and the area isn’t blocked off. But don’t risk it and walk over there. This happened 10/20/21 at 7:40pm. Sadly not exaggerating. Just be warned. The do is locked and don’t dare step in the kids section even though the lights are on and nothing whatsoever indicates the area is closed.

In line to do a return. Being that I’m 7 months pregnant, the manager sees this. She still makes me still wait in line, but tells her employees don’t do my returns and walks away. They staff member had no explanation on why she couldn’t process the return and that she was just told what to do. I have never experienced worse customer service and will never spend another dime with them.

I have never shopped at Gap before, but I'm now able to wear jeans to work, so I wanted to check out the fit for a more professional jean. I went back to the dressing rooms with a handful of items and went into the first available dressing room since there was no attendant. There was a pile of clothes on the chair -- which I thought was clothes that were left behind by someone who tried on the items, but didn't want them. First pair of jeans, I loved. Second pair of leggings, I loved. And then I get a knock on the door by an associate saying that I was in someone else's dressing room who left her personal clothes in there to walk around the store in Gap clothing she was trying on. I was asked to move dressing rooms. I found this to be completely rude and a little embarrassing since I was in the middle of trying on clothes. So I moved over to the next dressing room, got changed and walked out with nothing. Better dressing room management could have prevented this. Also, I will note I walked in and walked through the store twice trying to get a better idea of the different type of jeans that were available and not once was I asked if I needed help. Will never come back to this location and I'll probably look elsewhere for jeans.

Nice! Customer service was awesome. All the market down items were available in tiny sizes. Mediums werent even available. But the vintage tee was on sale. I love a good crew neck tee

I have shopped here a few times and the last time I was there on a Thursday afternoon and bought a lot of items. When I un bagged everything to put them up, an item I purchased was missing. I called and they did nothing said they couldn't help me. They forgot to put an item I paid for, show clearly on my receipt, in my bag and they wouldn't do anything. Worst service ever from any Gap I have shopped at.
