Loved the experience here! Went to the kids side and got helped immediately, then when I went to purchase the items I had to go to the adult side, when I asked the cashier name is not on receipt but cashier number is 0736004 she was so so kind, when I asked her if there was a Mother’s Nursing room in the mall she said there was one on the lower level but if I didn’t want to walk down there she said I was more than welcome to use one of the changing rooms! So kind of her, loved the experience!

Found everything I wanted and needed! Jeans, comfy jeans. So many jeans, so many sizes, I was in Jean heaven. A bathroom in the changing room was brilliant. The man working there was super warm and sweet. I left very satisfied with my purchases.

Ordered a coat online for pick up. The text sent said the order was ready and the store closed at 6.  I drove 30 minutes to get to the store only to find a sign on the door that says the store was closing at five due to staffing shortages. I went to leave and realized it was not 5:00 yet. I opened the door only to find it wasn’t on any sort of hinge or spring and it came flying open. The guy in the store was sure to tell me they were closed. I said that no, they closed at 5:00 and it isn’t 5:00. He argued with me saying it was 5:00. I pulled out my phone to show him it was not, in fact, 5:00 and that I wasn’t coming to shop, just to pick up an order. He realized he was wrong on time he was sure to point out that, “Boy you really slammed that door there didn’t you??” Well, I didn’t know the door wasn’t on any sort of spring and would come flying open at the slightest touch. He did end up getting me what I ordered, but begrudgingly once he realized he had tried to close early on a day they were still supposed to be open for another hour. I was very disappointed in the rudeness when I came over an hour earlier than even the text sent BY GAP told be they closed. Sure the staffing shortages aren’t their fault but they aren’t mine either and after driving an hour round trip to pick my order up, don’t take it out on me. I don’t shop at Gap much anymore but thought I’d give it a try since I could go pick it up. This will probably be the last time.

6/21/22: Next time a supervisor at Gap, 101 Jordan Creek Pkwy Suite 12072, West Des Moines, IA 50266 has a personal personnel-related conversation, perhaps it should NOT occur on the floor where customers can hear it. They were so into their unacceptable conversation that they did not ask me, the customer, if I needed anything. Yes, I did say something to them about moving their conversation to “off the floor“. #tacky #unwelcoming

Costumer service is horrible, i made an online purchase and didnt realize that on my 160 dollar purchase i could have gotten free shipping so when i realize that i called the 800 number, i waited 2 hours on the phone for the lady to tell me that i should have done it before i put in the order so i told her to cancel my order and she said that she was gonna  try but couldnt guarantee nothing, really 2 hours after placing the order you are gonna tell me that you are gonna try. What kind of costumer service is this?!. Never buying online ever again.

Love shopping at the Gap, for those of you who think the video of the male being racial profiled was located at this store, you are misinformed. All of the 1 star reviews with comments pertaining to racism, are incorrect and misleading. The employees at this location are wonderful and most certainly not racist.

Recently saw a video in your store about a Black male wearing a Gap bubble jacket being asked to take off his coat to scan to make sure it wasn't stolen and what a disgrace!!!! Both manager were unprofessional and very rude. You profiled a person and did not take the appropriate protcalls to assure that your customer would stay your customer.

Gap stores are always fairly nice. They offer a nice range of differently priced clothes, from your affordable clothes, to a little higher end than their sister store Old Navy.  Main reason we go here is for Baby Gap, to shop for our little one. Other than that I never really find anything too special that I would have to make a special trip here for.

The sales people there were friendly. They had a perfect balance of checking to see if we needed any help to letting us just shop.

Saw the video.  Would give negative stars if I could.  Will never shop in the Gap again until the incident that is on social media has been publicly addressed.
