GAP OUTLET

I ordered to pickup from this location the other day. Upon walking in to get my order, I was not greeted, I didn't see any associates. I had to walk around the store, to find an associate in the store. She did not greet me, and just went to the back and brought out my bag. When I got my purchase home, the white shirt had two stains on it. I went back yesterday to return it, and I arrived at 6:40 not knowing the store would close at 7. The door was locked but there was someone buying something. I attempted to tell the associates that I wanted to do a quick return, but they ignored me and wouldn't come see what I needed, even though it was BEFORE CLOSING. I took pictures of the locked door and the associates, one sitting on the counter and both looking at me like I was crazy. I will be reporting this to corporate. This store has poor customer service which is probably why it's always empty. I'm surprised at The Gap for this experience, and I won't shop at this factory location again.

This location is friendly, I ordered online for in store pickup it was ready in an hour very convenient for me

2 stars because I'm being nice. The store is clean and has good sales. My disappointment is in the customer service. It was underwhelming and the employee who processed my transaction acted as of I was an inconvenience for asking the price of my items that were on sale. There was barely anyone to assist while shopping. I am reminded of why I dislike shopping at this location. I may return all $270+ worth of items I purchased.

I always forget this is a factory location. Anyway...when we walked in there was a woman at the register, but we were not greeted. Nonetheless, they seemed to be stocked up and having a sale. As I continued around the store I didn't see any workers AT ALL and the person at the register had walked away.

Very good customer service, everyone is friendly & very helpful w/o being over baring.. Was able to get my son all the right fits in jeans & shirts plus the prices were pretty good.. Will definitely go back soon!

the manager at the store on 69th street in upper darby ,PA light skinned with frecklesis very rude and always accusing people of stealing I am a HARD working honest woman I like to bring my daughter there to spend MONEY in your store and not be treated as a criminal because of her BIAS beliefs of over-zealous behaviors, she has forced me to no longer patronize this particular store,she needs to be sent for some additioinal training on customer service and sensitivity

Great location, great choices of style! Prices are amazing and the staff is all around great! I left with a lil bit of stuff, but I will be back soon!
