Big thanks to Byron from Garage Door Doctor for servicing my 2-car garage door. Byron provided timely, courteous and professional service. Two garage door repair companies that I no longer consider as trustworthy had tried to make me believe that the garage door opener was on its way out whereas the door grossly out of balance 50 lbs instead of recommended 5 lbs. Even if in the end the intervention was more costly than I thought had to replace the 10-year old torsion springs that could not be tightened without running the risk that one or both would break soon, I am ok to pay for service knowing that the real problem is addressed. With my trust in the service provided by Garage Door Doctor established, I also signed up for their worry free club membership.
I had the guys from Garage Door Doctor come by to look at repairing my door. Service was prompt and very professional. They inspected the issue and gave me several options on the repair and didn't force the issue on what they would recommend. Explained the features and benefits to all options and I was able to make an informed decision of what I wanted. The repair was done in great timing. I thought it was gonna take all day. When they completed the job they took the time to walk through all the features and also programmed the car. I would give them a 10 Star 10x review if possible. Great work guys, highly recommended!
I Had a 14 foot tall garage door in a serious bind. I called them on Saturday afternoon. They showed up when they said on Monday. They gave me an estimate to get started, it ended up being a fairly significant job. They had all the parts to handle my big door on their truck. Everything got done same day. Chris was outstanding, stayed until 730 to get it done. When you need a pro, call these guys.
This company is what you should expect when you need repairs! I had the feeling the whole time that I was being well taken care of and that they were trustworthy. They came in and assessed the situation, explained in detail what was going on, made recommendations and offered a very fair price. They obviously are very experienced and know what they are doing. They take great pride in their work and that is not easy to find anymore. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, this is the company you need!!!
Justin Jones of Garage Door Doctor installed a new belt driven garage door opener yesterday in our home. The sevice was excellent. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Based on our experience with Justin we can recommend Garage Door Doctor.
About 6 months ago a had another garage door company come out in a pinch on a Saturday to fix broken spring. Now, my door was way off balance. Call Garage Door Doctor and Zack showed up next morning. He even called me 30 mins in advance. He identified that the installed spring was too heavy/big for my door. We discussed all options and I decided on double properly size springs with center upgraded shaft bearing. I was impressed how fast and perfectly balanced my door was, I had him also replace my 13yr old other door spring as it was beyond its useful life. Being a single car, it only needed a single spring. He quickly took care of that door with new spring, drums, cables and upgraded center bearing. He perfectly balanced that door and it’s opening super smooth and quieter. No pressure and always provided options for me to choose from! My choice. Great attitude, friendly and came fully stocked for everything I wanted on one visit. Great Service!!!Brandon was very professional. He immediately figured out the problem with our garage door. He patiently explained what was the problem and gave us three different price options and explained pros and cons of each one. He helped us choose the right one that best fit our need and budget. He also helped me learn about some fundamentals on garage door. I highly recommend Garage door doctor.
Justin arrived 10 minutes before scheduled appt. He spent approximately an hour working with me on deciding if I wanted to fix my 14-year old garage door or replace it with a new one. I went with a new one. More expensive, but I wanted a garage door that will outlast my life span AND I wanted a nicer garage door than the cheap one I had. Absolutely satisfied with Justin. Lastly, I have used this company for a previous repair. I was satisfied with that so it was a no-brainer to use them again.
Garage Doctor was great! I had called since my garage door spring broke! They understood the urgency and were able to send someone immediately. Sam was awesome, reviewed the issue with me and explained options I had. Once I decided on an option Sam completed the work and explained the work that has been completed, warranty etc. I am sure this problem of the patient is fixed forever!!
Andrew did a excellent job on repairing our garage door! He showed up on time, evaluated the situation and executed it flawlessly. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair and or a new install. Thank you so much!
