Garage Door Doctor, Inc. was born out of an early morning emergency call from a local women who was trapped in her garage desperately trying to get to work. Answering the distressed call, Leet Sommerfield found out on that night that at least one local resident saw him as "the doctor" giving life to Garage Door Doctor, Inc.
Just as it was in 1979, the passion and commitment of quality service with a family atmosphere has guided Garage Door Doctor to over 35 years of service and 10 consecutive years as the Angie's List "Super Service Award" recipient. A family-owned and operated business through and through, Leet grew his business from a single-man show to a fully-staffed business of seven; including his son Leet Jr. and his two sons (Brandon and Jordan)and employees Barry Milne, Matthew Halleran, Chris Kotewicz, and Brandon Kruezberger. Together we deliver quality, professional services to our community and place a focus on the client, not the profit.
