I am an online coach and teach handstands and bodyweight strength. Working with students online, takes away the restrictions of time and location and allows me to work one-on-one with you regardless of what your schedule is or where you are in the world.
I grew up as a competitive gymnast but after an elbow injury at 19, I was told that I would never do handstands again. For years I listened to that advice, but in my 30s I learned to listen to my own body. I discovered ways to strengthen my arm, and fell in love with bodyweight training and movement again.
I started coaching when I was 19 and since then have always been drawn to it. Teaching someone to do something that they didn't think was possible is one of my favourite things. Giving someone the confidence to move their body in a variety of ways is so rewarding.
