Busy but worth the wait: we had to wait over an hour for an inside table on a Thursday night but they do give you a picture so you can wait in your warm car. Once we were seated we were taken care of quickly. Our orders were placed right away, our drinks delivered promptly and our food followed in a reasonable amount of time. The food was delicious! The server gave just the right amount of attention. It has that local small town informality with people standing around outside the patio smoking, and the inside seating is quite loud. The food was really good, though, so I will be back! I had a shrimp taco that was AMAZING and a chicken enchilada that was a little on the dry side but the chicken was good quality still in not complaining. The rice and beans were just right.
The Shredded beef tacos were really good! The salsa was spicy, probably one of the best salsas I've had at a restaurant. The waitress was rude. She's very young and beautiful, but she has zero customer service skills.
Delicious and hearty dishes. Fantastic Margaritas frozen or on ice, cold beer selection, including micheladas! Carne guisada burrito was big and yummy, as was their enchilada combo plate. Staff was so nice, restroom was clean, and our baby didn’t cry so overall it was an exceptional meal. Also shaded outdoor seating for the cooler moments.
It's clear that the chefs definitely put their heart into the recipes, the food was sooo good! I ordered shredded beef tacos and my favorite part was that the beef was a little bit crispy and it wasn't soggy like at a lot of other places.
When in Blythe this is a must stop. They have theeee best salsa and chips, seriously the salsa is worth the drive here. I tried the shrimp tacos and DELISH! I usually get the mojo de ajo garlic shrimp which is my favorite. The chabela is always refreshing. The place it's self is very small and only about 8 tables inside, there is seating outside too, its an old building and not not fancy at all....but the food is so good.
Place look average but the food is amazing and the salsa is spicy as I love!!! If I would have such a place in Warsaw, Poland I would be a regular customer!!! Hope to visit you again someday when traveling USA!!!Food: 5/5
If your driving down the I-10 and pass Blythe with out stopping, your missing out! This place is a foodie find. It's a small little Mexican food restaurant. The service is great the the food is delicious! I highly recommend stopping by this place!
Satisfying, affordable, friendly. A few flies buzzing around the patio. Locals all seem to know each other. Would recommend stopping by for a road trip lunch and getting their vegetarian poblano enchilada.
Met a friend in AZ here at the CA border since it was midway for both of us based solely on the reviews here. They were not wrong! Service was super friendly. On the advice of the server we got enchiladas with green sauce she suggested several things from their huge menu, and I added a crispy beef taco that was also delicious. There are only a few tables inside, and we waited maybe a half hour for one of them on a weeknight. They were doing a brisk takeout business if you're curious l, and the food was well worth the wait. I would happily return here. It is not a fancy restaurant, but don't let that stop you. The food is worth it. Parking is plentiful along the gravel lot to the side. This is about 1 min off the 10.
I accidentally ordered what I thought was chicken. When I received my meal I explained that I was allergic to pork. They remade part of my order. They didn't charge me. That showed me they really want their customers happy. The servers were very friendly. The wait seemed to be a bit more for those behind us. The outside atmosphere is just as one would expect by a busier road. Loud.
