Worst city I've ever experienced. They choose to conduct road construction during peak hours, on busy streets, causing unnecessary roadblocks. Red lights are everywhere, and homelessness is rampant.
Garden Grove library Duck Pond Not clean for animals. I hope the baby turtle's live.
Worst city in Orange County . Just happen visit there and there are red light traffic cameras everywhere. Just turning and was stuck behind line of cars and received a mail ticket week after. Not a good idea to put red light camera where there busy traffic just like trapping innocent residents. Although the ticket was diminished but got to waste time and frustrated. Feel bad for the wonderful residents there. Don’t travel there not worth your time .
Citi hall of Garden Grove is a real trash. I was looking for a legal information to invest into the business in our city, but they kept telling me that someone call me back. I left 5 voicemails, and received 0 information. Good luck, but I’m going to invest my money to Anaheim.
Many things to complain about but I will just sum up. The Garden Grove city is going down year after year comparing to nearby cities. If you want to live in an average level city, GG maybe just fine. However, if you want to earn some positive cash flow from your house, don't live or buy houses here. They got some outdated rules for whatever regarding to houses that would make you lose lots of money. I mean, A LOT. I simply think that the governor is just not good enough.
I am very frustrated with Garden Grove Water Department, it did not send bill to customer but put late charges on customer's bills. We never have problem with Gas, Electric or Trash Departments. I wish this Department to do a major change to serve their customers better. If not, it is very unlucky for Garden Grove Residents and business owners. Tami Manager
City of Garden Grove government sucks. Water department is quick to give a shut off notice when no bill ever arrived. Street cleaner ticket is over $50. City doesn't care for residents or is to lame to know what is & isn't needed. ..like they say garbage grove ..
Okay I have lived in Garden Grove for many years and am offended by the "old" references. Ill manners know no age limits. In my experience, the bills always arrive from the water, trash, etc. I get good tree service- no they don't trim our trees- if they are city trees yes the city trims them. I have had a city tree fall in the front of the property - we were helped immediately by the police and tree trimmers arrived the following day. The city trees are trimmed every year on a regular basis with no calls from us to prompt that service. Patience and a little better communication skills are key. If a tree is on your property it is your responsibility to trim it, if you are using water then please follow up if a bill is not received, using consideration and common sense go a long way. Please refrain from responses this is my experience and only posted to share some good to offset those bad ones.
So we came here to reserve for a birthday party at one of there local parks. I came in a few days before and spoke to a girl in the front blonde hair in the recreation department very nice lady gave me information about the reservation. So I came in here a week later to book a reservation with my cousin and a girl named Daisy vences helped us the moment she asked if we needed help very rude she had her guard up like if somebody was going to disrespect her very bossy and snotty. So my thinking you work with the public here in the City Hall in recreations. So my thinking you work with the public here in the City Hall in recreation helping people with that attitude and snotty face. And if you cancel depending on how many days before you do t you don't get even back that day! Sorry Daisy Vences you need some people skill to work there her attitude is not acceptable there!
Poisoned water full of chlorine and who knows what else. Burns your eyes and causes a itchy skin rash. Delivered in asbestos lined pipes for your good health. Enjoy!
