Dr Jatin Chandra patel is my cardiologist for more than seven years. My treatment after heart attack is very planed . Regular tests and medication has changed my life. I am more fit then ever. He is the best .
I have received nothing but the best of care from Dr Jatinchandra Patel and his staff at Garden State. I’d like to mention specifically, Jillian Christensen. Any issues I have ever had regarding my care, she has been right on point with getting things done. She truly cares for the patients. I am forever grateful for being referred to this office. They saved my life and I thank you.
After over a decade going to Dr. Patel, I was told he was away on vacation for over a month and I can’t be seen. I explained I hadn’t been feeling well and I would go to any location, to any doctor, at any time. There was no budge, not attempt, I’ll have to wait til he returns for my appointment. Being gone for over a month and his office adamant on not even trying to get me to be seen was negligent after a decade entrusting my heart care to this practice. After calling the 5th time today in 3 days, I had asked if I can get my records so that a new doctor may take me on an emergency visit. I was told they can’t promise me getting my records. I explained I had an appointment since no one can see me from any of their other doctors, I was put on hold and told she can’t promise it in time and she’ll come me when I can come for them. Having a heart condition is not a joke and if I am explaining I am having the same symptoms I had prior which led me to other issues, how can an office say sorry I not only can’t find any appt for one month, but I can’t find the time to give you your records? Maybe Dr. Patel is leaving the practice, maybe he’s not returning, I’m not sure because this treatment is not only not professional, the woman on the other end condescending and mean, but doesn’t even understand an urgency just to make a photo copy so someone can evaluate me.
Dr. Patel is one of the most thorough and caring doctors I have encountered. He takes the time to listen and really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great cardiologist should absolutely check this doctor out!!!
Dr. Patel is an amazing cardiologist. He saved my fathers life a few years ago when he was hospitalized due to a heart attack. He is very efficient, thorough, and caring. When there was a few issues with my fathers conditions, Dr. Patel got him in his office right away to evaluate and treat him. This is the only cardiology office I would recommend to anyone.
Both my husband and I are patients with Dr Covalesky. We have seen him in both the Old Bridge and Manalapan offices. I have been a nurse for 46 years and I've worked with and visited many doctors. Dr. Covalesky is one of the best. His office staff at both places are extremely kind and patient with their clients.I have never had a problem contacting him or getting an appt. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give them all.
Dr Patel and Covalesky are probably good for uncomplicated cardio cases but not complicated ones. My father almost died and was hospitalized 5 times while we were told they don't know what's wrong with him. Thanks to another cardiologist I took him to, my dad is well and alive today.
On 6/27/2021I was rushed to CentraState ER with chest pain, palpitations etc. I was admitted & scheduled for a Nuclear Stress Test. Dr. Van Hise was covering for my cardiologist, Dr. Patel. I was apprehensive, nervous and unsure of what to expect as I’d never had one. Dr. Van Hise arrived late, which just elevated my anxiety. I was upset & said something to the effect that I’m happy he finally appeared I was a bit sarcastic but understandably upset He snapped back at me with a vicious vitriol of words that left me with my mouth open. And it just exacerbated all of my cardiac symptoms of chest pains, palpitations etc. to the highest level. Here I am, a cardiac patient, suffering with multiple heart ailments & he had ZERO patience with me!! Absent completely was any tiny bit of empathy. His bedside manner was totally nonexistent. He is a Cardiologist who has No Heart. Might as well call him Dr. Tin Man. STAY AWAY FROM HIM if you’re searching for a Doctor who holds his patients best interests at “heart “. He puts his own Ego above a patient’s well being and optimal health.
Dr. Colalesky, associates, and staff were great. I work with people who have Intellectual Disabilities. I accompanied 2 different consumers with their appointments on several occasions. Everyone in the Old Bridge and Manalapan office were kind and understanding. The Doctor, M.A.s, and Technicians adjusted their duties in order to help their Patients with disabilities complete needed tests.
Currently in the hospital with intense chest pain! Was given one dose of morphine in ER that worked like a charm. Now Dr. is refusing to give anything more than Tylenol for 8 on pain scale!! First it was BP issue then wanted me to wait for CT! Now back to BP excuse!! Making me feel like some drug seeking dope fiend because I’m in pain to where I’m vomiting and know what worked for me. Scheduled for Cath Lab tomorrow!! After they said they were sending me home!! Crying in pain in my hospital not knowing what to do
