It was clean and organized. Membership under previous owner was not honored. You have to pay a modest fee to enter. I paid it but no fee is better than paying a fee. Would like to have give five stars but there is room for improvement.
It was very clean and organized. But over priced. I went to get headlight lenses for my 2005 Chevy Cobalt. And when I got up there now granted this is a 2005 so it's when all that inferior plastic was being used but I grabbed a pair of lenses wrapped them up already hazed over so I'm going to have to put three four hours into getting them cleaned up and working decent. She tells me like 30-35 a piece for defective plastic lenses now that seems a bit extreme so meanwhile to say me pulling them and bringing them up there was a waste of my time.
If a business is not letting you into get parts at 330 then that businesses closing time is 330 not 400 o’clock when you drive over hr to get there and arrive at 332 and they won’t let you in then how is it considered closing at 4 ? The website is apparently to let the employees know what time they leave and not for the public at all. Never been talked to so Rudely as I was by the woman in parking lot whom apparently hates her job and people in general
Great self-serve system. Vehicles are arranged by year and body style. Easy access and plenty of inventory. Found what I needed quickly and was in and out in 20 min.
Over all in the last years I would say the yard its self has gone down high very disorganized staff are generally okay but there have be a few attitudes the one plus side is you don't have to rent carts anymore or hoist prices have gone up but that's to be expected still the best yard in fort Myers though
This is the most cleanest, friendliest, helpfulest place you can go and get any and everything you need. The area where the cars are placed is labeled like streets. The cars are all off the ground and easy to get to. If u need information the workers in front and back will help you to the best they can. They even have a golf cart the use to help the older people get to the area
Some regular customers don't always have the proper tools to be able to take out Motors and Transmissions when they need them for their vehicles it would be nice if you guys could bring that back with a surcharge of course hope things get better
Hurricane Ian flooded my mothers vehicle and I needed to handle things in a timely manner. Pull and Pay offered prompt service, paid us a fair price and made the process run smoothly!
Hands down one of the best salvage yards I've ever seen. Well organized, well run, and reasonable pricing. Their website I quite accurate to the vehicles they have in stock. Highly recommend checking them out!
Total disappointment. 1/2day of my life absolutely WASTED! I left 90% of parts pulled after hearing price they wanted. Def NOT a good ol fashioned boneyard the Average Joe stretches his dollar at. Online pricelist is outdated! Do urself a favor, order from Ebay/ANYWHERE else. Might even save acupl bucks along with TONS of aggravation...
