I moved to the Portifino apartments which is part of these apartments in December of 2016 and at the time I needed to move from another resident because my lease was up. Before I signed the lease here I didn't see any signs of problems until afterI signed the lease and omg this is the worst place to live. The place is infested with roaches. Trash is everywhere except in the bin. The neighbors play loud music and let their kids run and jump all hours of the night and all you smell isweed. Since 2016 they have had 3 Managers come and go. Now that my lease is up and I moved out they are refusing to return my deposit. They claim I have an outstanding balance owed ok why when I have all my receipts? These people are very unprofessional and does not have the best bookkeeping. In opinion don't even waist your money these apartments because you will be frustrated in a locked in lease for a year. Oh yea the rent was $1645 now it's $1745.

Worst experience ever. I should of read the reviews before moving in. While there a year they changed management about 5 times. If reading this please, reconsider and look elsewhere. Wish I did...
