Alright I usually hate the doctor. Everyone here is amazing, saw Chelsea Gagne today and she helped with everything I came in for and was very personable the entire time, didn’t feel like a gross drs appointment with someone that doesn’t care. Someone give this place more funding! Whole place is straight out of the 80s or something
They're wonderful here, everyone is caring, polite and professional. They really care about your health and will work with you to manage it. I've been a patient here for many years and I'm glad I am.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ryan since I was 18. I am now 31. Her, the nurse practitioners & the receptionists are so kind & caring. I have many health conditions & they stay on top of all of my appointments, making sure they receive all the information from my specialists. I think she’ll be my Dr. until I pass away.
Dr. Matt Enos is the only doctor that I have met that actually CARES about his patients. He doesn’t just check you out when your sick or call in prescriptions. He goes the extra mile and has a genuine love for his job. He has diagnosed me correctly 100% of the time. I went to the CVS minute clinic in Acton and was told I had MERSA!!!...only to see Matt two hours later and have him correctly diagnose me with shingles within the first 60 seconds of seeing me. He is accessible, honest, and caring. With every issue between myself and family of 5, he has followed the same process and has taken his time making sure the issue is 100% correctly diagnosed and then prescribed medication in an intelligent way that prevented overdosing. I really care about that, especially with my children. Every other doctor that I have had would bury their face in a laptop and I could swear they were just googling my issue and had no confidence in themselves. Not here. The fact I have an intelligent doctor that doesn’t need to live off of a laptop makes me feel comfortable and like I can trust his opinion. The girls at the front desk always have something nice to say even if I show up late to my appointment and the nursing staff are all intelligent and accommodating. The building doesn’t look like much from the outside but do yourself a favor and check out Gardner Family Medicine and ask for Matt.

Pleasant people, I was a new patient and my primary care Erick jumped right on board. I've needed a few referrals for specialists which were promptly ordered & scheduled.

Place no too clean, and not professional. I was waiting to see not the doctor the PA. I heard him talking and joking loudly in the other room while I was waiting for him for 45 minute. I ended up leaving, and I never get to meet my doctor.
They are super friendly and helpful! I love going to the doctors! They are extremely patient, and care/listen to what i say/have to say! My top choice!!!!
They are a fantastic family practice. Nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors all have fabulous bedside manner. Easy to talk to and so kind.
