I hauled dirt to his home. Worked all day with my dump truck. He never paid me. Still hasn't. Tried to collect....He said, " I don't owe you anything." I was surprised, because he used all the dirt to improve his property. Real nice Guy. Response: The name of my Company was HUG Construction. I worked through Brian Reaser. I lived in Hemet from 1980 till 2018. The truck was Bright yellow. The dirt was dumped on a empty lot just below your home. Your home was on a hill. The dirt came from Yale St. Hemet. 8 loads @ $55 each. = $440.00. I tried several times to collect the money from your little office near AgriEmpire on 7th St. I was told, " We don't owe you the money." Also , right after the job was done, Brian Reaser told me you were turning sour on the deal. I am very certain I have the right Company. You are still making excuses like you did years ago. Same baloney. Just call Brian Reaser. Steve
I recently moved into a senior park and found after the first rain that I had a major leak. I called Gardner Roofing and Vince came out the following day. I was and still am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I did have to wait a couple weeks for the repair as they are quite busy. And I was told this up front. But Oh! I am so happy with the work they did. Every employee I met was so nice, helpful and respectful. The workers cleaned up really well after the work was done also. They even took photos and showed me what was done! I was also pleased with the quote for the work. They are priced fairly and honestly better than others I have spoken to. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting roof work done. You can rest assured they will do an awesome job for you! The only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars! They deserve 10!!! Thank you Vince!! Follow up 3/26/19... What a relief! My roof held up thru all the hard rain! Gardner Roofing did an awesome job!
Nails in the parking lot and driveways!! We asked these guys to make sure to clean up any nails as we have some older tires and large truck tires that are difficult to replace or repair. They did not take care to ensure our vehicles would be safe. We had to spend hundreds of dollars to buy used tire replacements. The owner Benz, said he'd reimburse us. He just ignored us instead. He asked us to send pics, tire sizes, etc... We did all that twice. But he still ignored us!! There are lots of roofing contractors! Do NOT choose this one!!!
Called twice for an estimate on roof repair. No one came out. We have used this company before. Not so sure about using them again.
Didn't even bother showing up for scheduled, initial inspection / estimate. Worse off, when I called the estimator "Vince" a half hour after his scheduled arrival, he said that he had something come up "last night" so he knew he wouldn't show up to this appointment at 0830. An early AM courtesy call is all I needed to reschedule this company and get on with my day. If you no show for an estimate, I just can't rationalize a second chance to hire you to do something as important as a new roof. Also called the actual company to see if I could get someone else out perhaps the problem is isolated to just this one guy. Admin didn't seem to care that her guy didn't show up. She said she does t know anyone else's schedule. It seems like this business has no organization at all, they allow their estimators to do whatever they want. Who is actually responsoble for the work? 6 months from now if there is a leak... Who will own it? Does not build confinfidence!
