I have the garmin Forerunner 245 Good watch. But the customer service from garmin is really bad. The glass got shattered and I call them to see where I can repair it. I was told that the only way is to pay $120 to send my watch and get a replacement. If I want to keep the same watch is gonna stay like that as they don't offer just a simple glass to fix it. I guess they can get rid of the refurbished watches and get money from it. Why would I want a refurbished watch when my is fully working, just the glass that is shattered. Any other watch you can fix the glass but not garmin???
The store is very beautiful but costumer service on that Lincoln Road location is terrible The older man has an attitude, not even giving you correct informations, he spends more time using his cellphone, not giving you eye contacts , feels like is unhappy where he works. Makes me feeling i do a favor in going there , i wont go there anymore
Buy it online. If you need to get the pins for the straps they don’t have them on stock. They don’t service watches anything.
The place to be is amazing for basketball lover
The person in charge was rude with my 6 years old daughter.
Terrible customer service. Waited at the store for about 30 min. And the guy never came to help us. Had to walk to him and ask for help. We weren’t done asking him questions when he walked away , went to the back and never came back out. Finally someone else came out and we asked him a questions and the answer was SO RUDE we decided to walk out the store .
Wouldn’t buy any products from this store. Manager told me they don’t do any returns or even repairs. You need to ship it to their hq or go to another garmin store. This one in miami beach is not a good store, don’t waste your time
I use their product but I haven't been to the store Product I've used works pretty good. Garment handheld GPS Hunting fishing boating is what I use it for camping also works pretty good for me. Car GPS that I gave to a friend of mine works pretty good 2 good quality items that I had used and know that it works
What a wonderful experience at the Miami store! I had an odd issue with my Edge, and the sales person Margie was so very patient and accommodating, trying every thing to resolve it. I highly recommend that store. Beautifully displays every Garmin you can imagine, and the customer service leaves you with a feeling of a very personalized service!
Extremely good customer service. I would also recommend the Descent MK2i for anyone who wants a dive watch but also does a lot of other outdoor activities. It just as good as the shearwater teric but can be used year around for many other activities.
