Return Policy
- All sales are final, no refunds will be given. Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value. Purchaser responsible for all associated shipping costs.
- For items damaged due to manufacturer’s defect, exchanges are accepted for item of equal or lesser value. If choosing an item of lesser value, purchaser will be issued a store credit for the remainder of the original purchase price. Seller not responsible for damage due to the natural defects in the wood (including, but not limited to, slight cracks).
Check Policy
- All checks are required to have the purchaser’s name and physical address printed on the check, and an ID with a matching address must be presented.
- All returned checks will be assessed a $25 return check fee. Seller reserves the right to only accept cash & credit card payments after a returned check.
Custom Work
- Custom work is defined as any project not already in stock. It is at seller’s discretion as to the requirement of a deposit.
- A 50% deposit is required for all custom work over $50. Deposits are non-refundable, as it covers the initial cost of materials.
- If upon completion of project, purchaser is unhappy with the custom work, seller will work to the best of our ability to adjust the design. Any additional cost incurred by the seller will be at purchaser’s expense, to include, but not limited to, additional labor and materials. If purchaser and seller cannot come to an agreement, purchaser is not responsible for the final payment, but will not receive the item.
