I'm a home inspector here and sometimes like to give my customers estimates on repairs. I must have gotten a dozen companies today tell me "We'd have to come out." That doesn't help me, and they'd probably charge just to do that.  Garner gave me an answer off the bat, and I really appreciate the straight forward approach to business.  Will be calling them when I need service.
