Garner Florist

This company canceled my order and didn't call to tell me, instead they sent a canned email after hours.I believed my friend had received her flowers and now it's too late to replace them. Garner Florist claimed her address was "outside their delivery area" despite her zip code being listed on the website as within their service area. Misleading and unprofessional.

My husband ordered flowers for me from Garner Florists and Gifts. He selected a $95 arrangement off their website. This is what was delivered photo. I don't feel this looks like $95 especially when this is the photo from their website showing what he 'thought' he was buying. When my husband called to try and understand why there was such a difference, the lady on the phone was rude, uncaring, and told he that he got more flowers than he really should have in this arrangement. Really.... We have used this florist before but will not be going back after this. Very disappointing as the $95 plus delivery fees could have bought a GREAT dinner.

They took my credit card number, didn’t tell me the price of the arrangement, and told me they’d text me the price when the flowers got in that day. They told me the bouquet would be delivered the next morning. Days later, no arrangement was delivered. This was a waste of my time, and I feel uncomfortable that I gave my credit card number to a company that obviously can’t be trusted.

Don't waste your money on a gift basket. I ordered one with 20 items in it. The one that was delivered had 8. I hate to know I paid $70 for that. I was told I would receive a call back the following day and I have yet to hear from anyone.

We had them do our wedding flowers. Couldn't have been happier. My husbands family has used her for years.

I called Linda and asked if she could possibly donate a small arrangement for a raffle to honor the beginning teachers at my school. She generously offered to do 10 bud vase arrangements. Although she said they would not be anything special, the arrangements were beautiful! Her gift of service was a wonderful way to celebrate our first year teachers!

Awesome little shop! Kind of pricey but local and owner was accommodating. The flowers and arrangements were well made.

Linda the owner charged me twice for my arrangement 161x2 and when I called for get one refunded she said she would look into it. Two weeks of calling she wouldn’t return my call, she screened my number but starting answering my husbands number and explained how busy she was. She wasn’t busy enough to take my money but to busy to do the right thing which is refund a customer their money back that she took. I called the CC company to reverse the charge and she ignored them. Beware!! Very sad when your grieving a love one you have to battle this on the side! OH also she will substitute the most expensive flower in the arrangement, without calling and then when you ask about it… she says they didn’t look good when they came in this week! Weird… but I didn’t receive a call or price difference why?

Allison I can not thank you enough for going above and beyond for me! I was given the wrong hospital to deliver flowers to a sick co-work. I was told Cone hospital and later at 7:30 at night found out she was at Wesley long! It was raining so hard and I was worried how to get the delivery picked up and taken to Wesley Long. Well , Allison drove out picked them up and took them to the correct hospital to help me. And charged NOTHING. This place is AWESOME, I always will be a forever customer. Thank you Allison for turning this into a perfect ending.

Was in a hurry for an event and came in on an early morning and to my surprise the shop was open 30 minutes before the posted open hours. I was gonna buy a rose arrangment but the only one there was sold, the kind lady told me she could make one on the spot and so I left with a beautiful freshly made rose arrangement for $10, definitely recommended!!
