Garner Mini-Storage

Turn the other way. The white lady that works in the office isn't professional. She needs to be fired. The man they owns the place is better running it by himself. My storage unit was tempered with. I know how I put everything before I locked it up, I took pictures and everytime I would come to my unit something would always be moved, then I started missing items. I'm not the only one this has happened to. I have spoke with a few people who has units out there and the have suspicions of the same thing. I would not recommend. You better off paying a crackhead.

Despite the outside, the insides are fairly nice and very clean aside from the sawdust from the wood floors . They are aluminum and don't get too much insolation. The price is around $60 which I believe is WAY too much for what you get. But management is great so that's the 3 star rating.

Their gate policy with a bungee cord to keep gate closed b4 and after you enter is ridiculous. The old guy who owns the place claims he has a camera but yet all the chords are disconnected and are from the early eighties lol. The price is right though. But the staff is not too friendly and set in their ways

Was overcharged NSF fee NC limit is $25, they charged me $35 so they had to refund me $10. It was a hassle opening and closing the fence but most importantly I definitely didn't like the owner's and receptionist's attitudes from the first day.

Will never rent from here again . Alot of people have things stolen, or moved around. The girl on the phone is mean, and my husband has drove by there and seen her hauling things in her vehicle. I don't know if it was stolen things or hers. But putting two ans two together I think I know.

Use units at your own risk, the lady that works there have a very nasty attitude.
