We've bought several things from Garners in the past and we've been happy with them all. This time was no different. My dad needed an electric chair to assist him from a sitting position to standing and comfy enough to sleep in as well. We found the perfect one with a well cushioned seat,back & arms. It's also made in the USA! Win Win!
Every time I have dealt with Garners Furniture, I have been very pleased. Customer service is top notch, and they have helped me select the best appliances to meet my needs.
My mother's clothes dryer stopped working abruptly. Went straight to the phone and looked up Garner's furniture and called the number. The owner answered and immediately gave me the option for top of the line or the least expensive. I chose and he said today's deliveries were were booked but the next day was open. Free delivery, set up and dispose of the broken dryer. All went as promised. Didn't have to dicker about the price or delivery! One more satisfied customer. PS: Didn't look online at the inventory of the big box stores until the deal was made with Garner's.... I made the right choice.
Garners is the best! We just moved to the Manchester area, without furniture!? We were so happy to find this fantastic family! Garners is family owned and operated!!!! How great it was to walk in- Most wonderful greeting; knowledgeable and engaging; and to repeat others= if it’s not in front of you, they will get it for you! And they will deliver to you!!! What sealed the deal for us, Made in the USA!!!! Made in TN!!!! We will be returning and referring All of our friends and family!!!! Thank you Garners!!
Bought an upright freezer here that we’re very happy with. We opted to pick it up ourselves and the staff was very accommodating in helping us load it. Definitely will do business with them again.
