My experience was awesome! I am a complete beginner at running and said as much up front. Rachel helped me with my fitting and got me the perfect pair of shoes. She was informative, patient and above all, kind. I was definitely nervous making an investment in my first pair of actual running shoes, and the help I received here made it much easier. I will definitely be returning.
I am newer to running. I went in clueless, and the gentleman who helped me scanned my feet, brought out some recommendations, had me run around the track they have in there, and found me the right shoe. The first time I took them for a spin, I realized what a game changer having the right shoe is. Really a great store with experienced and knowledgeable people working in there. They have a lot of other stuff too that I will look at more next time I'm in, because I will definitely be back. Thank you.
I've shopped for running shoes at this store for several years now. I go back even though the store isn't particularly close to me because everyone who works there is unfailingly attentive and dedicated to making sure I get the right shoes. I have long, narrow feet and I know that I will be able to walk out with the right shoes everytime - most other stores carry at best a limited number of shoes in my size.
Jamie is the entire reason that I had such a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet! She was so helpful and kind and knowledgeable! This was my first time shopping at Fleet Feet but I will definitely be going back because of Jamie! Thank you so much!
I had a great visit with Don’s assistance! He was very knowledgeable and greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I appreciated the time he took in making sure I was comfortable with my shoes before making a purchase. I would gladly send my friends to buy new shows with Don’s help.
I normally shop here for my running shoes but not too long ago took up biking & been meaning purchase some shoes that grip the pedals more & just overall stability. Instead going to a cycling store I decided to go to Fleet Feet because it was familiar & I needed something fast. Although they don’t sell biking shoes,Cason helped me narrow down shoes options that I describe what I was looking for. I got some tips on jogging Kansas City’s hills because I told him that I’m originally from a flatter land Midwest city. Great customer service.
I’ve been buying the same model shoe for over 10 years and am still glad I came in the shop for the technical knowledge and support from Cason. Now I understand why the shoe works for me. What a great guy! Have fun at Grandma’s in Duluth!
When you need help finding the right shoe for whatever issues you have and most people do, don’t kid yourself, these people know the answers. Shout out to Rachel for exceptional help in finding the right shoe to alleviate my foot pain.
I brought my daughter in to get shoes, she pronates the inside of her ankles and they have helped her find shoes that support that and help it. No more ankle injuries, highly recommend!
