This is a fantastic place. I've been to a number of LBSs. Most have been good. A few clique-ish. By far Jim's is exceptional. Really. They don't sell when they can repair. And minor repairs are complimentary. I've just moved back to Moncton to retire and this is the place in the city to go...
Excellent service. Highly recommend. They care for their customers. Staff were very helpful and after purchase of a escooter, I received above and beyond service in regards to a charging issue with the product to no fault of the store. A replacement was given to me, but the staff went out of their way, in their OWN TIME, outside of opening hours to collect and build another escooter for me. Furthermore they also spoilt my dog with treats. Thank You very much to all at Jim's Bike Shop, I heartily recommend to anyone looking to repair, service or buy a new bike/escooter here.
Jim pays attention to details. How far the pedals are ? Are your legs fully extended? Are the handlebars comfortable? He is driven by good service and genuinely wants people to be healthier , enjoy riding and do it in comfort!
bought my first new bike in a long time i think this is actually my first new bicycle.. service is excellent .. you can tell .. the local shop has you covered friendly staff.. knowledgeable.. a place where they actually care .. the staff looks like, they want to be there ... and help you out along the way .. tune ups to fitment .. not like the big ticket store .... this place has a personal touch ...

Scouted a few places to find a bike my girl liked. Just to be sure she won't change her mind after 2 days. JIM'S was second stop, of total of 4 toys r us, cnd tire, and Mike's. At the end, we came back to here. The service was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy for a sale. Kiddo is happy with her bike, and I'm happy with the how great the service is. PS: very clean and professionally store. Will shop here again and when tuning my bikes, this will be my first choice.
By far the Best Bike Shop in Moncton. Jim and his team go out of their way to help you in any way they can. They fix my bike right on the spot if they can. Don't go any where's else. Very Friendly people
