Once in a while my mother goes to a farmers market and picks me up half-sour pickles from GP and it makes my week every time. I cannot express enough how fantastic these pickles are. They're soft, yet firm and crunchy, and the flavor is robust and flawless! On a scale of 1-10, GP is at a solid 15. I can't wait to try their other flavors!
I always stop at the New Paltz warehouse whenever I’m in the area. No other full sours compare! Also love picking up some other treats! Today in addition to my full sours, I got sweet gherkins, marinated artichoke hearts, and marinated mozzarella! That should hold me for a little while. Thanks for such delicacies and great service!
Been following Gary's Pickles for a few years now and thrilled they are open on weekends at their warehouse in New Paltz. Delicious!! My favorite was the half-sour until I discovered the Hot&Spicy, half-sour with a kick. Totally worth a try if you love a good, fresh pickle. Their marinated mushrooms and selection of stuffed olives are also worth a try!
Barry and staff are awesome. Very pleasant experience every time I go. And I go often. I always get half gallons of full sours and they are delicious. I've tried the sauerkraut too which was very good. Go visit them and you will keep going back. Much better than store bought pickles.
Stopped by today to get a quart of full sours pickles to celebrate National Pickle Day. Oh heck - I don't need a holiday for these pickles. They're the best! I grew up on the pickles from Brooklyn and the lower East Side of NYC. If you know those places, you understand what a good pickle is. These pickles are as good...or maybe even better than the classic NYC iconic pickle places!!!
Where can I begin? Well, They are the best pickles on the planet. I bring tubs of them to work with me because everyone eats them all. I can not say enough great things about them. I get a huge tub of sweet peppers stuffed with provolone and salami! To die for. Horseradish pickle chips, stuffed olives, sour, sweet pickles. The list goes on. I live for the weekends to visit and stock up for the week. My happy place, GO! Oh yeah, the people there are fabulous and so sweet. Please tip the kids! Great doggie also!
The only pickle vendor I purchase from. I was never a pickle person until I tried Gary pickles my two favs are the hot and spicy and extra sour . No heart burns either I buy by the half gallon or gallon It’s that good. Please don’t ever change your recipe.
Best pickles around! We drive an hour to get our pickle fix. The mushrooms and olives are delicious too. Also the best customer service around.
This was honestly the best pickle I have ever eaten!!! I had 4 of their full sour pickles when went to their booth at Kingdom Fair! Go buy their pickles! You won't be sorry
Hands down our favorite pickles ever. Their range of different brines and their variety of olives are a delightful treat. Super bonus that they’re local as well!
