The pumps NEVER!!!! give you a receipt. If I wanted to go inside I wouldn't pay at the freaking pump. Now with the "Upside app" it asks you to upload a pic of the receipt. Really starting to think that the lack of the receipt gives them the ability to do some "Creative Accounting". I only use this station to put in enough gas to give me time to find another station, or to get gas for my lawnmower.

There's a girl who will openly tell you about her 5 baby daddies at the one in Elgin, I won't even take my kids in there anymore for the fear of what they will hear come out of her mouth. I've heard her talk very poorly to customers and I don't agree with it. I won't even let my husband go in there by himself if shes there for fear of what she will say to him. I don't see how management keeps letting this go on. But if they like scaring customers away...then so be it I guess.
I went in with a couple people to purchase a nicotine product. Asked for juul pods and the store manager yelled “everyone ID’s,” even towards a customer in line who wasn’t with us. My friends had to go back to their car to grab their ID’s just so I could purchase my pods. I understand the issue with selling to minors but this was a huge inconvenience and the store manager was very disrespectful, not customer friendly.
This is concerning the one at porter hill . The cashiers are the nastiest people I’ve ever been helped by at a gas station! Their extreme racist towards white people and have foul mouths . I would avoid this company if you have any children . My family’s money will never be spent in this establishment .
