We recently had to put our furbaby down.And they were absolutely wonderful!!! A few days had passed and in the mail they sent a hand written card and some forget me not seeds. This was the kindest act of compassion. We highly recommend this team of professionals to care for your animals.
You guys are amazing! You took my pup on short notice on a day you were extremely busy. They went above and beyond anything I expected and took such good care of my KiKi! Price was much less than expected! thanks so much!
We had been coming to Gaslight since they opened. Our 4th dog with them. If I could give zero stars I would. We had been treating our dog 10 1/2 yrs old with low thyroid and cushings but too expensive to treat cushings. Anyway she went totally downhill had been throwing up and had bad diarrhea which turned bloody we knew it was time called last Wednesday and said she needs to be put down. No Dr talked to me but son said sorry we close at 1230 can’t help. Recommended few other places. I said we’d been coming here since 1989! Please don’t go here EVER! Can’t believe they left us in this place. Another place helped us with such compassion! We are grateful to Stony Brook Animal Hospital!!
I’ve had such a wonderful experience at the Gaslight Animal Hospital. Everyone has been very kind. Emily has been wonderful with texting over the phone when I’ve had questions. They also let me send a picture of my dogs eye when I was worried, but it was just a stye and they gave me instructions over the phone and saved me a trip and a bill! I had my senior dogs teeth cleaned here and they did wonderful taking care of him and at a VERY reasonable price! They even called to check out on him afterwards which means a lot. You can tell this place genuinely cares for their patients! Thank you all so much for everything you’ve done so far in the little time we've been coming! I wish I would of found them sooner. I would recommend the Gaslight Animal Hospital to all my friends and family.
Expert and caring doctors and staff. They have been the primary veterinary team for the dogs in my family for about 25 years. Grateful for all they do.
This is the best experience I’ve had at a vets office in I can’t tell you how long. They will def be my dogs PCC.

Do they ever answer the phone? I've called 14 times over the past week, morning, mid-day, and afternoon and get the same recording about experiencing a high call volume. Terrible customer service, would not want this if there were an emergency or billing issue.
As always the staff was amazing. They were able to get us in quickly and treated my baby boy! He was comfortable with the staff and they loved on him. I won't take my pups anywhere else.
